I accidentally paid the incorrect beneficiary on the 3rd June 2024 but suddenly advised Nedbank regarding the error, instead of them stop or suspend the transaction they couldn't help me to hold it and now they are giving me the contact details to contact the beneficiary who received the money to give the money back to me. That is so ridiculous because money was loaded as standard EFT so it should not get to the beneficiary by then.
So I have paid the wrong Capitec bank beneficiary on the 3rd June 2024 in the morning from my Nedbank App and Nedbank sent the recall form of which was sent back immediately, but when I do the follow up with Nedbank they still telling me that they are still waiting for Capitec bank to respond. This is a very poor communication between Nedbank and Capitec bank since the money was loaded as Standard EFT and reported within less than 30mins, funds were not suppose to reflect to the beneficiary bank account. I want my money bank between Nedbank and Capitec bank. Capitec please respond Ref: 219 8904539435
Si I have paid the wrong Capitec bank beneficiary using my Nedbank App on the 3rd June 2024 around 8am, immediately I called Nedbank and the consultant sent the Recall form of which I filled it and send it back same time around 9am. Problem now is when I still have not get the money back yet. Because this was a done as Standard EFT and Nedbank should have communicated with Capitec bank to hold or refund the money before the its reflected to the Capitec beneficiary.
I have paid for a book on the 27 March 2023 but have never received the book. I contacted Book a Book and they have promised to refund my money in my bank account up until today i have never get the money, i kindly request to get my money back.
I have logged the ATM query with this bank and I was told the turn around time is 30 days of which is gone pass already with no response. They keep debiting my account for money that I didn't even use'. Please stay away from this bank , the service is very poor
I have ordered a book in March 2023 and never received it, sent my banking details but my money was not refunded to me. They are so terrible ****mers. People must stay away from them. REAL ****MERS!!!

Please see below wht wrote on email sent to Sarah-Lee copying myself : "Hi, Sarah This client is ****ing stupid she keep forwarding you and JP the same wrong ****. I will call her and explain what I want. I am very unhappy and very dissappointed to be insulted like this and I am taking this matter to my lawyer.
