This is the worst service to have Fiber through not certain still whose at fault as my Home-connect keeps blaming Vuma, Vuma puts the blame on Home-connect, I upgraded my plan on Saturday, paid and still haven’t been connected to internet because you guys have my address with an incorrect serial number, how does that happen when you guys placed the order????

The worst experience it’s as if they didn’t want to pay for the claim I was on the verge of cancelling policy, still considering it.
This is by far the worst shipping Company SHEIN could use I’m so furious they refuse to deliver my parcel yet I was inconvenienced by SHEIN who delayed my parcel for 2 weeks which I did request cancellation for but they haven’t refunded my customs by refuse me May parcel when they have it. I hope SHEIN stop doing business with you.
Makro takes people for a ride you post a complaint and they just send you a generic response assuming that it’s being looked into and days go by with no feedback, if they complaints team don’t take us seriously how will their staff take us seriously??? What a joke
An utter joke and service from Makro Alberton and Bubblegum tablet brand, I’ve returned my sons tablet twice in a space of 2 weeks and came back still faulty now the manufacturer wants me to pay for replacement because of so called liquid found on charging port no one seems to want to take accountability for a defective tablet, Makro also refuse to repair this and the device is still 3 months old. This is a **** don’t purchase Bubblegum tablets and don’t trust Makro’s repair policy. Now my son is left without a working device. And I lost money I regret why I didn’t buy from Takealot instead.
This Company Repear, Mafori are a **** beware of them The agents don’t care about clients needs or know what they are doing a bunch of *********** staff, they will promises and fail to meet or explain why not.
