Everysun SPF50 sunscreen invisa spray You guys need to put up a warning on the back of the bottles to warn people that the spray wil most definitely stain clothing, the spray ****ed up 3 shirts of mine Left a nasty brownish yellow stain on the sleeves and the back of my shirts " DIRECTIONS " " Apply generously on sun exposed areas " Only warning is about the alcohol it contains and that it may cause skin irritation What about my ruined shirts? Clothing is ****** expensive Shirts stained are worth well over R1000 I'll rather use another brand of sunscreen
my wallet and camera was pickpocket out of the pocket of my Jacket yesterday in town with cash inside with all my cards , bought the camera six months ago at a 2nd hand shop , unbeknown to me regarding the true value of the camera, I did not bother to list it under specified items , when I was joining the auto and general insurance company , the guy that helped me with my policy said , should I have an item that is under insured that there can be arrangements made regarding the true value of the item . The money was supposed to pay the electricity for the month, what good is "personal" and home insurance if the don't cover you for lost/stolen money and items from you as a person They don't cover my lost cards , the money in my wallet and the full value of the camera This is the third time auto and general is *****ing me without taking me out to dinner first And it's the last time They can take their cover and shove it where the sun don't shine
I think I got a fair offer from them regarding insurance on my home contents and portable possessions The person that helped me Gamiem Kariem took the time to explain everything about the policy I am very pleased with their offer
Complete lack of competence from their call centre employees, one hangs up the phone in my ear , the other one stumbles over his own words when I ask him a question
Their call centre agents can't speak or understand English properly They overcharge in terms of access on their claims How is R2100 standard access where their competitors only charge R1000 regarding home contents and yet you are covered for power failure damage at no additional cost They refuse to accommodate me on the terms of an quotation from their competitors And yet they have the nerve to act it is my fault I truly hope their customers wake up and smell their bull**** and move to a better more company with friendlier staff that can actually speak one of south Africa's main language
