Unable to receive calls
My phone has not been able to receive calls for 5 days. Vodacom acknowledges they are at fault but have not been able to fix the problem for 5 days. Vodacom needs to be accountable for the problems they cause.

FNB FICA compliance
FNB freezes a business account claiming FICA compliance. They kindly offered to help to unfreeze the account by calling ********** 405. I called, and held on for 30 minutes before giving up - I am curious do they try to be so useless, or are they just that way normally.
