Frustrated and disappointed
I took my son to a speech&hearing the****** on the 22nd of September&she said my son needs a hearing aid,since then it's difficult.1st I was told that the hearing aid is rejected because the the****** didnt put the nappi code, I told her then it was approved,now it is rejected again because the tariff&nappi codes are in correct.Last week Friday i went to their offices to find out what's going on&was told about the codes i sent her the message.She send again the codes this morning I receive an email saying the hearing aid is declined again,I then called polmed was told it's the nappi code,so I really dont know what to do because it's long and my son needs the hearing aid because at the end is going to be permanently deaf.

****roaches as if they are selling them
I'm writing you this while I'm in one of their rooms,they advertised their place out of lies,the way is advertised is nice&that's why I fell for it and booked because its apartments and less and because my kids pleaded with me to take them to durban,on arrival when I entered the room it was clean but there were ****roaches and I went at reception to ask them to give me another room but they send eco-pest to spray while inside the room I refused because it was unhealthy to spray chemicals for my kids while there,so they decided to put powder but still ****roaches are still here,I even went to buy myself doom so that I can try to **** them just imagine what I'm going through with my kids,the employees are very good and helpful, our clothes are still in the bags&I cant buy food even their utensils are filthy,sticky etc,i would not advise people to book here it's not a good place at all period

POLMED PULL UP YOUR SOCKS
I dont know of there are any police officers who are not happy about the medica aid, I last send application for adding dependent on February still today nothing has happened& I'd call them maybe after 3 weeks to check how far is the process the answer will be we have not yet receive the application then i resend&would call to let them know that I've resend the application,this time I received an SMS saying that you need to fill the whole page 2 I did that no respond from them after 3 weeks will call&is then that they say just hold they are still checking the application when they come back to you the answer is we did not receive the application so i ask why not come back to me to tell me that they received nothing so i think I've send the application for the 7th time and now yesterday i call again to check the process and this lady tells me we received nothing and i was like really mind you from February now its may,so I said to the lady fine cause I'm not getting any help I will just go to Hello Peter and write a review about my medical aid and she then asked me is the no walk-in centre nearer you,please POLMED change your way of working sometimes we have to pay doctors or pathologists because they dont pay the whole amount&I ask myself why have medical aid while on the other hand I have to pay some things&I'm on higher plan&the consultations are limited per yr like mine the whole year its 24 consultations&I still have young kids.

I wanna know if government&the municipal knows that we dont have electricity from 1am still now, do they know that there are people who are using nebulizers for their health that there are children that must be fed dont think for your own families think for everyone,no cooking or bathing how are we suppose to go to work,how must we do the ironing yerrr it's too much please guys do something the painful part of it is that we are told nothing

Fnb sucks
Why is it clients that are having savings account not being included for ebucks,its not fair because I'm unable to have a cheque account because they say im in debt review I wonder how come please help me understand the difference between clients who are using savings or cheque account why not same treatment

Eskom is full of useless employees
Meadowlands zone 1 has been without electricity for 16 hours! No explanation as to what's going on! Our fridges are malfunctioning! What on earth is going on? Our phones are dead. I am typing this from an internet cafe! You still want us to vote ANC on 08 May. Nonsense! You are now giving us reasons to stay home on the 8th. Useless people! Bunch of losers! N***!
