Clear water branch To Be avoided
Firstly I need to say that I adore this brand but service I received in your Clear water mall shop ( and this is not the first time) it’s absolutely horrible. I Both a drees in a Mall of Africa branch yesterday And today wanted to exchange for something else came to clear water branch looked around could not find anything so decided to return it stand in a queue For 15 min ,not busy as all kn the shop lady approached me and asked me what do i need to do i said that I wanted to return item she says no you can not return item bought on Black Friday sale only exchange i said ok where is that written. I would like to see it ? (Please send me this is writing or display it in your shop) She left to ask manager ( who was so busy steaming clothes ( i would think his job should be to attend to customers and assist )did not even had a decency to come to me to explain say anything actually only to greet me would be ok) and she never came back I am standing there for 25 min (please look on shop's cameras so you can see that I am not telling this just to be nasty ), eventually i took pair of jeans for my child and did exchange so that i could live that shop and never To return I hope you will take this as constructive as your brand is damaged. by ppl like this , i am regular client but. This store will never have my support again your manager definitely need to read his contract again as he dos not know what his job description is

Stay away
Horrible and unprofessional service after i agreed on buying bike from them and bought plain ticket from Johannesburg they advised that bike is sold amazing who can run business this day i hope they can stay truthful to they word when yoi buy anything from them i am disgusted
