I ordered Debonairs Pizza with Uber Eats app. I put details on notes about my address and delivery. The driver called and said the location is wrong our address is 4 kilometers away. The he decided not to delivery and paid for. Uber Easts says they won't refund our money even though our order was not delivered.

My car doesn't travel so much anymore and they have reduced my my subscription to what I can afford. Their agents are always friendly and helpful. Not forgetting that they reward referrals. This is a biggest ****, they even put the **** debit order reference that shows Sanlam. They just debit my account for nothing. Never try to take loan from them. They even added details for a lady by the name of Melanie Fredricks as contact person with an email address from Sanlam. Be very careful of this ****.
I bought Dursots tomatoe baked beans from Sunshine Cash and Carry on the 20th November 2023. On the 2nd December I was opening the can to prepare food. I was shocked to see it boiling and started coming out foam. I check the best before date and it was still perfect date. I sent email to Dursots and they rep**** promising me that they will investigate ancustomerservice@dursots.comd replace them. I believe they are using public resources to investigate, because nothing has happened. Please think twice before you buy their products.

She explained parts of the contract and advised me to go through them, if I have any questions I'm free to give her a call. I happy with the way she handled the whole process. The worst service ever, no customer service at all. The bus suppose to arrive at 6pm and it has not arrived after 6 hours, people are made to wait hours at the garage not knowing where the bus is, is it coming or not. I wonder how they are allowed to operate without contacts.
Got assistance from Providence, I sent email for activation, he called me back and promised to call back once activation is complete. He called bank as he promised looking forward for continuing good service
