I stayed at Lilian Lofts 2 nights in a row on separate bookings... I left numerous messages for the manager Tasneem Osman to call me back re my stay ... She never did...it was rather important... Instead after placing a review of the hotel on booking.com She sent me a horrible disgusting message She's very unprofessional and doesn't deserve to be in that position let alone work for that hotel... "Slmz Its Tasneem from Lilian lofts hotel. Firstly as a muslim I feel so sorry for you that you had to put such a terrible disgusted comment on booking.com just because I didnt call you back. It's sad as a muslim and as a man you put a muslim establishment and a muslim woman down like that I really hope Allah had mercy and forgives you for this negative comment. I work very hard and I'm terrible disgusted at your comment . I really feel sorry for your sad soul and pray that Allah grant you and your family forgiveness and mercy. It's very very sad to think an adult like you behaves in such a manner. It's sad to think you have such a miserable life that you have to be so negative. I really pray and make dua for your soul." This is her msg and she also blocked me on whatsapp after sending it so I can't even reply....
If i could give a -5 I would Worse customer experience I've ever had. Autoglen BMW has scared me forever. The dealer principal Warren George...was the rudest unprofessional...I ve ever met. He does NOT deserve to be a Dealer principal. We took our car for a battery problem. We insisted NOT to do a service because we previously had terrible experience in this dealership. It was written in BOLD on the job card NOT to do the service These idiots did it...obviously just to charge under the motorplan He was terribly rude to us...shouting at us at the top of his voice in the main reception area I will be reporting this and I hope he is dealt with... He treated us as if we were NOTHING They also drove our car for 16KM TO test ...what I wonder We will never deal with this BMW ever again... Their racist attitude needs to be dealt with
These people are professional scam artist...when they answer their phones they ironically say "how can I make you smile"... They are very unprofessional and devious Billy from customer care promises the world but never delivers ... I tried to make. Booking but my account was blocked ...because THEY didn't debit my account as per numerous emails I sent asking to debit my full yearly premium.... I was FORCED to book at maharani hotel ...because no supervisor works after 4pm that could unblock my account ....very professional Bernita James is still calling me even after a few weeks ... She is totally useless All in all I need to cancel this I would never recommend this timeshare to anyone It's cheaper to book online...with no strings attached STAYa WAY
I bought electricity thru FNB cell phone banking. R500 The token issued to me via sms ...turned out to be a USED token I've been battling to get help from fnb for weeks ...they sent me to city power. I'm a 65 year old pensioner ... I've been sent from pillar to post ...I didn't buy my electricity from city power..I bought it from FNB! I have all the people's names I spoke to below not one person was helpful especially the team leaders ... I am not happy with FNB I can't believe that they trying to steal my money that I paid in good faith ...
