Goodday I'm not satisfied with their service it takes 11 weeks for my grandchild's first id and passport she needs the passport for Mozambique and still we don't have it they got all the relevant documents,fingerprints and all extras and still nothing they are not doing their work

Good day I want to complain about the standardbankhomeowner's insurance I put in a claim for collapsed wall according to them it's not sabs approved I bought the house like that in 1996 with the outsidewalls already build now they don't want to fix the wall the wall has been damaged due to a storm that we had in Roodepoort I'm paying 25years insurance claimed 3 times during that time only one has been approved please help me regarding this
