I wish I could give a zero star. Myself and my sister had our nails done on Thursday 1 August for her birthday. My sisters nails started lifting and chipping the very next day my nails started lifting 2 days after the treatment I messaged the salon pics and asked for an evening appointment as we work till 5pm to fix the issue. The salon manager messaged me saying they have an appointment on Wednesday at 4:30. I phoned explaining I couldn’t take that appointment as I worked till 5 and would need to still get through traffic. I inquired about the refund process and was told try wikideals but they not going refund you. It’s not about the money it’s about paying for a service that is not up to basic standards, nails should never lift after a day. The manager said the reason for the lifting is either they didn’t apply the base coat proper or the nails didn’t dry properly. I asked to speak to the owner and was told call wikideals for your refund as we have tried to accommodate you. I am so applaud at how the manager spoke to me she was speaking over me and raising her voice. I will never recommend this place honestly. Now I’m stuck with nails that are chipped because they lifted and have to pay for a soak off. If the owner sees this happy to have a conversation with you about my experience
My husband ordered from Reliable Store they told him it would take 14 days to arrive well after 14day he contacted them as no one was in communication with us about where our order was they said it can take 25 day we finally received the order yesterday after waiting 42 days and having to keep checking in with them as they have no client service. We checked the box and the wrong product we emailed them with screenshots, they now want to charge us 35% handling fee and we must ship the products to them. So we mush pay for shipping the wrong product back to them and pay 35% handling fee for their mistake. We are fed up with this company they are thieves that don't care about client service and now want clients to pay for their mistakes. Anyone else had this experience and have advice about how to get our money back?
Possibly the stupidest cancellation process I have ever come across. My husband has been on the phone for the past two days to try get through the the MTN retention department to get his contract cancelled. He was on a promotional data contract if we dont get it cancelled MTN has said the installment will be going up from R299 to R1600 for his data deal. We are trying to get this cancelled. We have been into the store and they have log it and given us the reference number. We have been sitting on the phone and just rings or line drops. We have emailed and no luck no one is helping us I honestly dont know what to do.
I was a student at Boston City Campus Bellville for about 3 years. I completed my Junior and Senior Bookkeepers course and wrote my last subject last year November to hopefully get my National Diploma in Technical Accountant. After email Boston numerous times asking about where my certification is and even going into the branch to inquire I was just told he will take a while to for them to receive it. I sent email upon email inquire about the status of certification, finally I got a answer saying that they had two certificate waiting for for Bookkeep FASET level 3 and 4 I was obviously a little confused as I was suppose to receive my National Diploma in Technical Accountant. Boston told me that I did not pass one subject Business law hence why I cant get my Diploma. I was so shocked and devastated. I went back into my email to see where I was informed about this mark and I cannot seem to find a email anywhere, let me also just put into context I got a response from Boston on Friday 12th April 2019 letting me know I did not pass a subject I wrote in May 2018, no emails letting me know what my grade was or advise about a way forward from my lecture or any staff from Boston. This has been a long journey of absolutely **** service from the staff as Boston Bellville I have email and email and where I inquire about things and get no response back and when I call in I get told to email you lecture. I even tired to book a meeting with the principle to no avail that took me a solid week on calling and leaving message and emailing and just getting told we will get back to you. I still have not had my meeting. Fridays situation was just the last straw. I wrote the subject that they say I failed and straight after that I was booking my next final I missed the pass rate by 10% I asked if I can appeal the mark and their response was " Please find attached the ICB administration booklet page 9 , point 6 :Grievance and review of marks. Unfortunately, as per the administration booklet, you cannot request a remark as the time limit of one month after the exam has passed.Should you have been able to request a re-mark, the cost thereof would have been R950.00." I mean are you kidding my you fail to inform me about my grade and not following up I email how many time about my certificate I you cannot just take the time to look and see what is actually going on regarding my certification. After phoning and coming into the branch and just getting told its on its way. When I was in the branch I spoke to my lecturer about doing the degree program through Boston I asked him will I be going to graduation this year as I am not sure we my diploma will come for Technical accountant he say he I will be able to still go they will make a plan. Also I received a call from Boston in February 2019 asking if I was going to study further through them I said no not at this point again they had a opportunity to let me know about my subject I failed. How would I be able to study further if I have not passed all my subjects. At this point I am so tired of begging to get information and any help,I honestly do not feel it is fair to wait almost a whole year to tell a student that she is not able to get her diploma due to he not passing a subject she wrote in May 2018 now I cant appeal it I am force to pay Boston another R1025 to resub. So I ask the question if we are getting taught via video's on the computer what are the lecturers there for if not to mentor and guide students and if a lecturer is over worked it is the principles responsibility to get more help at the end of the day the students are suffering as we are not getting the best the service we pay for. I want Boston to sort this issue out as I am not going to pay the R1025 for a resub I feel like they need to go to ICB and sort this issue out and this is not my fault and with the service I have received it the least they can do. At this point I feel like the money I paid is a huge waste and feel like fighting to get some of the money I paid back and I did not get any service from that place. Quick to ask for money slow to do anything.
