The returns centre is just a joke , for one to be assisted you have to wait a long time . The customer service from those ladies its like one is returning something he/she stole even with proof of purchase. I returned a printer which is not even a year since I bought it , instead of being assisted they took my details and was told I will receive an SMS confirming my return guess what , I got the SMS the following day today ,marks the 23rd day still haven't received any communication regarding the printer . I went on day 18 to check up on my printer but the service I got , I was just dismissed without them even checking my SMS or them getting the reason why I decided to come .
<div>Bought a HP printer and Game Stores Jabulani in October 2021 ,the Printer started giving me problems first the cartridge will not even print 100 copies ,so I decided to take it back when I open for the new 2022 . Got at Game Customer Services the lady sent me to the Department to go and ask them to check it when I got to the Electronic department again we are taken to Customer Service only 1 lady is by the till and has no idea on how to do a return or exchange I'm made to wait for about 30minutes ,another lady comes back from her tea break and hands me a piece of paper to write my details then I ask what are the details for she says she is booking the Printer again I ask how long will it take when she books it she say 21 days .I explained to her I can't wait for 21 days I need to work as I have resumed work on Monday the 11 January then ,I'm told there's nothing they can do .</div>
I am so disappointed with Daily Sun Funeral Policy , and The Unlimited Funeral .my dad opened a policy with them back in 2014 .The policy had been paid up to date until he lost his job and is now a pensioner unable to continue paying .My younger sister tries to contact them to explain the situation but no vain the policy has lapsed after so many years of paying with no claim under his Policy .So all that was for nothing ...
On the 27/02/19 received a call from Thandeka , of which she has been calling for weeks to get hold of me , after our chat she sent through a registration form , we filled it in and sent it through for their advertising purposes but then we realized that we do not need their services and sent through an email to cancel our Registration for of which it stated that for their services we need to pay an amount of R1459.00 when they will advertise our Company... As the email was sent to them to cancel the services we keep on receiving invoices for services not used by us, nor agreed on an Layout of the Ad . Now all of a sudden we owe them R22 694.10??? within a period of 3 months cancelling the service.

I have been a policy holder for 1Life for over 4 years now, both Life and Funeral policy. I thought they were better than the other policies but I guess I was wrong. I just received an email stating that BOTH my policies has lapsed due to none payment of my premiums for the month of November and December 2018 yet they have been debiting from my account since the beginning of 2019 till April. How is possible that no correspondence has been made for my none payment Gosh you're debiting on monthly basis . All of a sudden Im receiving calls that since my policies has lapsed , they can cancel all my none paid premiums and I will start afresh with the same policies . Is this a scam or what ,wait I have not claimed since I took thus policies what happens to all my premiums paid over the years...
Received an email stating the we need to update our company details attached, the attached document its a registration form . Got my boss's signature on the fine print says that you continue paying annually for ad unless you cancel? weeks later Im receiving calls and emails the we owe the ads space suddenly bill is about 20k .threatened with action if we do not pay, a lady by the name of Tash Andrews keeps calling saying we need to pay out. who signed for the designed AD in the first place, Who gave a go ahead Now she says she will send an invoice that we only need to pay a 50% cancellation fee for an ad that was never approved by us to go in print and we are told that there were delays because we took time responding to their emails. This is +-R20k for nothing. she keeps phoning threatening with legal action telling us that we will pay the cancellation fee. She does not even give you a chance to speak up . I am disgusted that a company professes to be so professional customer orientated as I . Shocking!
