I never subscribed to dotsure.co.za, yet I get annoying emails on a weekly basis. You cannot UNSUBSCRIBE, as their site give the following error "This site can’t provide a secure connection" Don't think I would want to do business with this company.
Not at all happy with their service or the way they advertise items, and then what you get is completely something else. I bought two 7.2kW Lithium-ion batteries based on the advert on their website. There the batteries are shown to have Circuit breakers built into the battery and the BMS (Battery Monitor System) has an LCD interface panel allowing the user to monitor all conditions of the battery. The batteries I received had neither of these two items. Trying to do a Google search on the product labels replied with ZERO results. Cannot find the user manual or the driver software that will at least allow PC interface. After days of trying to get info from the supplier they eventually emailed me a Data Sheet for the battery. Again, the data sheet was not for the battery supplied. A 7.2Ah battery at 48V should deliver around 130-150Amp for an hour. The data sheet they sent indicated that the battery can only handle 25Amp. (0.5C). That would make the battery only a 50Ah battery 2.4kW (48V*50A) and not the 7.2kW as advertised. Numerous emails sent to them asking for return police documents to allow me to return these undersized batteries, but no reply at all. Because the phone they use is a cell phone, they have my number, so trying to phone them they just simply ignore my calls. I would not recommend this company to anybody.
Placed an order 6th December. No where on the page of the items that I ordered did they mention that the stuff comes from some other country. I paid for South African courier service. To date, I have not received anything. Only after asking for a refund did they reply that they can only refund ONCE I receive the goods, and if not happy with the good can they refund. I will NEVER buy from this site again. Suppose I will have to write off the purchase?
For the second time in two months MWEB has been down with 0% internet for more than 24 hours continues. No feedback from them. Pathetic helpdesk service (now office hours from 8:00 to 18:00) so if you have a problem, that's your problem.
The worst company on earth. I placed an order two days ago for plastic sheeting. Paid for delivery as well. Only confirmation I got from Builders is that they have received the payment. No information as to when I can expect delivery. When you email them, they reply that replies will only be answered in 48 hours. Phoning them is like trying to phone the man on the moon. I believe he will answer the phone sooner. The worst and most expensive store on the planet. USELESS
I signed up with MWEB for fibre in Krugersdorp area. Unfortunately they decided to use SADV to do the installation for them. Poor MWEB is now getting a bad reputation because they promised the installation to be done in 14 days. 21 August 2019 to 11 September 2019 counts 21 days. No word or any feedback whatsoever from SADV. I'm afraid I will have to cancel with Mweb, and try using another service provider that will not use SADV. Reading all the bad reviews here on hellopeter surely does not do SADV any good. Don't know why companies like MWEB don't visit hellopeter first before assigning contracts to companies that clearly do not deliver.
We got fibre at the end of December in the Krugersdorp area. Vodacom was doing sales on the corner of nearly each road. I signed up for a 20MB UNCAPPED fibre optic line and was told that the fibre connection would be done in January. The next day Vodacom delivered a fibre modem PLUS and LTE ****le and SIM card. I phoned them to find out why the extra stuff. I was then told that the fibre installation would only happen in March 2019, and that I should use the LTE in the interim. I was also then informed that the LTE has a 100GB limit. We use a 100GB in less than a week. I never used the LTE and continued using my existing ISP, waiting for the fibre install process to begin. I phoned vodacom again 28-March-2019 asking what is going on because nothing was happening. I was then informed that they (vodacom) have NO idea when the fibre will be ready. I then asked how I can cancel the whole process. I was given instruction to email my Sales Order number to ********** ********** giving instruction to cancel. (this was done 28-March-2019) On the 10th of April 2019 I got an email from vodacom confirming they received my cancellation order. They added a bill for the contractor who "installed the fibre". I then replied to them that there "IS NO FIBRE. NOBODY INSTALLED ANYTHING!" Why must I pay for absolutely NO service delivery?? Then, this morning (16-April-2019) somebody from vodacom phoned again asking about the progress on my Sales Order. I told her I cancelled it. Then the next moment I get an email again saying vodacom is preparing a delivery for me (again another modem and LTE ****le and SIM card) Are these people so stupid????? Do they not know what the word CANCEL means???? And there is no reply email that you can use to try and contact them, and the call center is a Comedy Central Joke.
