Terrible and pathetic service from Fixxr. First they sent an auto electrician that messed up my alternator. Then they sent another auto electrician to fix the first guys mess. Not to mention the airbag light remained on…which was never on before. Fast forward…the car just cut out while driving with the dash lighting up like a Christmas tree. Reported to Fixxr and they fail to acknowledge liability and respond to the issue. Would recommend anyone to think twice before making use of them.
Terrible experience using Fixxr to repair my vehicle. First they sent an auto electrician who messed up my alternator. Then they sent another auto electrician who worked on the alternator. After that the airbag light remained on. Fast forward…the car just cut out when driving. Reported this to Fixxr and no response. Would recommend anyone to think twice before using their services.
I took Outsurance up on their offer to see if they could beat my current insurance premium. The premium that they got back with was much higher and after telling the consultant this she kept persisting and going back to her manager until she got to an amount below my current insurance. I ended up signing but when looking at the policy documents all they did was inflate the basic excess. I am most definitely cancelling and would caution anyone that they ****mers.
Really disappointed with the hearing aid device I purchased. When purchasing the unit I was told that I would be able to connect to my laptop to take calls. Sadly this isn’t the case. I returned back to the store and was told I need to purchase a streaming device at an additional cost of R 4000. If I was told this at the onset I would not have purchased this device.
Most pathetic service. When we signed up at the club close to our location they did not tell us that it’s actually to a club more than 30km away from our home. We only discovered this one day when we tried accessing and were told our membership is at another club. Beyond *********. I cancelled my membership and will never sign up with such a bunch of ****** again and recommend people think twice before signing up. I also emailed to obtain an account statement with no success despite after asking the consultant that assisted me with the cancellation to send me my statement.
Would definitely not recommend Metrofibre to anybody. I have a 500mbps line and I do not receive anything close to those speeds. When I call the support line they tell me I need to pay R 1500 for them to come move the router. Which is beyond ridiculous. I ask the consultant to transfer me to customer care and he tells me he is customer care...and he cannot put me through to his supervisor even. Pathetic. I am cancelling my contract with Metrofibre
Terrible experience purchasing from Performance Merchant. I made a payment and was told my order was shipped. Few days later I was told the courier is delayed and I will get a refund and I can pay when the item is delivered. Last week I got a message asking for a 50% payment as the item will be delivered the next day. I made the payment and I did not receive my order the next day. They do not respond to emails and do not have any contact numbers to phone and follow up.
Extremely disappointed by the service received. I placed an order for a steering wheel cover and was told it takes between 2 to 3 business days. Business does not have any phone numbers on their website to call. They do not respond to email addresses which seems to be the primary point of contact on their website. If lucky you get a response via Instagram direct message.
I am a loyal Engen customer and only fill up at Engen. However, today I filled diesel at the Trade Route Engen and I was shocked at the price of diesel charged (R28.99 per litre). I filled in the last 2 weeks at another Engen and I paid R23.87 per liter. The price difference is shocking. I could live with a rand or 2 difference. But almost a R 5 difference is ridiculous.
