Booked for acrylic nails and gel toes yesterday. Asked the beauty the****** to file the nails down so they arent thick and chunky. Her response: I can't do that because I'll file off the powder. I informed her that my nails are done regularly and it is possible please can she do it. She was so frustrated, you could feel the tension. Needless to say it wasnt done to my satisfaction. Some nails are thin and some very chunky. Not worth the R350 I paid. Staff always seem miserable at the salon. Unprofessional. This is my second visit, I enjoyed my luxury mani and pedi previously but I wont be back to get my nails done. Out of all the salons I've been too, this was the worst experience.

So i have a loan account with FNB and today, FNB decides to Debit my linked account in an amount of R1500 without consulting with me first. the debit order is scheduled to go off my private clients account but the money was deducted from my premier cheque account. FNB is NOT allowed to debit from linked accounts. Really frustrated as the call centre agents cannot answer or reverse the amount i will never bank with them again
