bought a family meal but was not really disappointed. the hot wings had no spice and usually we get 2 drummets we got all small wings the chicken was a 8 piece meal but 4 pieces was a rib piece no drumstick, i was really not happy .

Dont waste your money at this salon my daughter had her hair done and the hair dresser did not put the streaks in correctly, when sh got home it was placed so far from roots looked like a 2 month outgrowth, she phoned and sent pictures to complain, she was told to come back which she did, but then the lady was obviously angry that we had complained, she then on purposely replaced the streaks to make my daughter s hair look terrible, patchy, more on one side of the head than the other.never can recommend them.

My post would not be on Hello Peter, but due to a lack of response from the Store itself. There are a few things I want to have mentioned. This I can speak of as I owned my small business once that was never a disappointment to my customer which of course is priority and my suppliers. I had purchased an advertised skincare care bundle that included 4 products, not sampling it first, I had reassurrance that they would be great for my skin as I have sensitive skin that cannot have any fragranced products, they seemed natural so I thought it would be a solution to my skincare concerns. My skin flared up with the products, however, I kept them aside, thinking it was my skin and the climate that caused the allergy. However, a few months later the same reaction, my skin had a breakout and I took them back...Forward on to the store NEVER replying to my messages except to say they dont have a money back guarantee on skincare, or even a credit despite me sending her the picture, the date of purchase and the products that were not used, as the quantity were full. The owner has not even replied to my message, or sent an apology, niether addressed me as the customer, simply saying. It works for others with the same skin type so yours is simply a rare one.... Next time I purchase any "NEW" products, i may as well safe guard myself and ask if the products have a money back guarantee. I also cannot express my disappointment as when I took my daughter to have her legs waxed, her entire legs had a reaction to the wax used . She developed a rash, with severe ingrowns and this wasnt the first time having waxing done. Absolute horrendous customer service depsite this being a salon as its easy to get a client but to keep your clients coming back should never have a compromise on products or service. Maybe this will receive a reply as I am utterly dismayed

Horrified... i purchased a manicure and pedi voucher form this store on the 15 September for the wife. Her birthday was on 16th and she was meant to go in on the 20th however never had the chance so we contacted them to make a booking in December and they say the voucher is a fake . WtH. I bought it cash and am amazed how they wont honour the gift card which is not the way to run business.. DONT USE THEM GUYS !!!

This was the worst experience of my life. I received a voucher for a 2 hour pamper session at Bellaneova in Florida Road (1hr massage, 30mins facial and 30 mins mani & pedi). My appointment was at 9am. Now I am a mom and had the leave my baby and daddy for the morning, but I was so looking forward to it. Only to get there to closed doors. tried phoning and messaging no answer. I called the Cornubia branch to find out if they can find out where the people are. They said she is running late and will be there in 15mins. Finally at about 9:45 the lady arrived to tell me she has a runny stomach. With this virus going around I was already scared. I didnt even get her name... Came there to a dirty small room. Told to take my cloths off and lay on the bed. I had to take a towel from underneath me to cover myself. The towels were clammy and felt dirty. The part where you put your face in the bed was dirty. The lady came in and told me they have 3 types of pressure massages, soft, medium or hard. I asked for hard. she didn't ask where she needs to concentrate more or what kind of massage. Anyways, So she started by putting normal massage oil on, her hands were so rough and one nail was so sharp. At the same time that she was trying to massage me she is fighting with her boyfriend on her cellphone. After that she is trying to put calming music on her phone... The massage was actually more painful then relaxing. Every time she moved around me she moved the phone. Then when I had to turn around and she came to massaging my neck and shoulders I could smell alcohol. The facial lasted a whole of 5 mins. She filed my toe nails, cleaned some cuticles. Then my nails she filed and put cuticle oil on and left them. Then she told me Im done. This was before 11am. I just wanted to leave... And got asked how was the massage, and then got told when I leave she is going to the bathroom. I had to cut my nails when I got home of how she filed them right down. My knee was so painful it was hard to walk.... I'm all for supporting local business and creating job opportunity but there is a fine line of professionalism. Especially in the beauty industry. I would highly recommend you look into this branch if you want to pursue business and grow.

Booked for acrylic nails and gel toes yesterday. Asked the beauty the****** to file the nails down so they arent thick and chunky. Her response: I can't do that because I'll file off the powder. I informed her that my nails are done regularly and it is possible please can she do it. She was so frustrated, you could feel the tension. Needless to say it wasnt done to my satisfaction. Some nails are thin and some very chunky. Not worth the R350 I paid. Staff always seem miserable at the salon. Unprofessional. This is my second visit, I enjoyed my luxury mani and pedi previously but I wont be back to get my nails done. Out of all the salons I've been too, this was the worst experience.

I gave them chances upon chances due to the convenience of their location, their reasonable prices and their talented Hair stylist.... However, this business does not deserve to survive! The inexperienced and unqualified laser technicians to amateur nail technicians and fly by night massage the******s are a poor combination for any successful business. I paid for a 30min head and shoulder masssge but got a 12 minute massage by someone who does not know how to give a massage! I asked the lady what clock she is using and she said she was guessing as there was no clock there! The staff look bored and miserable, no smiles and no etiquette. I made appointments but were kept waiting. The only talented and qualified person in the salon was Denise who did a magnificent job. She was left alone to wash hair, manage the front desk, colour, cut and blow dry hair all by herself leaving customers to wait for hours! This was grossly unfair and i feel bad that poor Denise was taken advantage of especially since she was the only s****ed staff member! I complained a few times but nothing was done. This salon needs to be closed down instead of taking advantage of its customers ! The lady that does laser needs to present a certificate to clients! They need to hire qualified people and believe in treating their customers well if they want to carry on with business. I am so embarrassed to have initially referred so many people to them all of which had the same experiences as me. We will never again visit this horrible hair and beauty salon!

I booked a full body massage at this place as it is located just outside the gym where I train. I had read some negative reviews but was pleasantly surprised to find the opposite of them. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Salon was neat and tidy. My massage was fantastic to the point that I even booked another for next month. Couldn’t be happier with my experience. Looking forward to my next one.

I booked a full body massage at this place as it is located just outside the gym where I train. I had read some negative reviews but was pleasantly surprised to find the opposite of them. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Salon was neat and tidy. My massage was fantastic to the point that I even booked another for next month. Couldn’t be happier with my experience. Looking forward to my next one.
