I have been dealing with these guys for 3 year and the service seems to be dropping more and more ever year.. This has been my last.. These ppl have no personality and very unhelpful
So I was ****** recently in December at a bed and breakfast in LA Lucia Durban. I went to cell C store in gateway to report the phone ****** and try to get a new phone.. They gave me a new phone and told me the listed the phone and should call cell C call center to assist with a ITC number for insurance claim... The idiot at the store never reported it now insurance won't cover my cost and cell C can't assist to report it now because I need an ime number.. ***
Most useless unhelpful company I have ever purchased from I bought a kic fridge which was a defect They replaced it however I need to take it to the store and fetch a new one... yet I bought it online and was delivered.. such an inconvenience to me ... if they sell **** is that my issue
Been trying to cancel for two weeks because they are not fixing my current connection issues ... they refuse to cancel. They insist they Wana help but that's it. So I'm still without internet and no other providers want to take up a subscription due to them holding on
Never buy online ... I purchased a KIC fridge from macro and have had endless issues. They do however always send out technical assistance however at my 4th complaint they noticed the fridge is a reject.. which they said they will replace and have not done so as yet. My foods getting wasted as ants and insects get in and my power usage goes up as the gaps makes it work harder .. they are handling this issue as if it will be forgotten
These guys are crooks.. they take your 90 percent deposit and do half the job and don't return they then refund u 2000 rand.
Worst service ever.. technician and support only have one solution reset ur device ... I am so dissatisfied with this service
I have been dealing with fossil shops for years. By far fossil centurion is the worst. I have sent my watch for repairs it's been 2 months and no one has contacted me. Also everytime I tried to call the number is busy. I just Wana know wth is going on with my watch
I came down for holiday and tried to reconnect my dstv. I have used the whatsapp option and continue to request to be connected .. 1st they said pay 191 to reconnect which I did. Then I had to pay 153 to reconnect. Now they asked for 147 to reconnect how's much must I pay. Instead of robbing me
