I did my application on the 2nd of July 2024 for new installations, to date no line has been installed, only scheduled appointment for technicians but they never show up....what a service. I'm not sure if I can even recommend you guys to my worst enemy...noooo
I bought wors last week, if not mistaken on the 8th. today i cooked the wors for supper to kill my son....My son almost choked from a metal piece of object found inside the wors, i want everyone to see the hard sharp metal object . i actually want to go open a case and if possible quality check needs to be conducted as well.
Dealing with Dr Phakoe's receptionist is such a nightmare, she literally give financial advises without being asked and worse off she never listens to the customers request, Juliet you are very rude and unprofessional in your capacity. I'm even contemplating taking the matter up legally. i need my money back .
I have been dealing with the above mentioned supplier since last year October, and to date I am still waiting for my account to be opened ,I didn't know it take the company a year to activate the customers account, Simba is dragging feet to open account, whereas I spent more that R1500 every week on them....very disappointing and pathetic
