Poor Communication
I've been attempting to reach Octotel for approximately three months. They have been unable to address my inquiries, repeatedly promising to call me back and never responding to my emails. I am eager to have fiber installed through them since they manage the infrastructure in our area, so I must go through them. In summary, their communication has been poor, and my experience has been highly frustrating.

Makro Online is utterly useless!
It's been 3 weeks since I cancelled my order, NO feedback on when I'm going to get my money. Never buy from Makro Online. Spoke to two personnel at Makro Care with 0 results. Bulelwa Jonas and Thembisile Shongwe. Also contacted them on Twitter, Facebook AND phoned them. Useless company.

Makro Online is useless!
I have been trying to get a refund on this order for over 4 weeks. This is in acceptable. I bought something on Makro Online (18th of March) because it said that there WAS stock only to find out a week later they are only receiving stock at the end of May. I am still waiting for my money. I'm tired of waiting.
