I took my car in for a service in September if not mistaken, I received it back, told everything was in good order. First week of November, it started making scratchy sounds, took it back to them. I was told the brake pads are finished and the disc is now damaged. It made me wonder if the service was done properly because I believe if all of this was happening, they should have inform me to say, the brake pads are finishe, they won’t last me for a certain period. I believe that the disc damage is due to severity of pads damage and it could have been avoided had they assessed the car properly. Now it left me wondering if they had ever done any service on my car at all? Most of the time when I’m fetching the car from the service, I’d be told that the invoice will be emailed to me, and not get it for weeks.
I have sent my car for repairs, I was told that they have to order parts and inform me as to when they will receive them so that I can bring my car back in. Now since then there is no update from their side, they keep on telling me different stories. First I was told not to bring my car in because they didn’t receive an authorisation, turned out it was false information. 2nd, I was told they can’t order the vehicle parts because they don’t have pictures of my car and they don’t even know which model. Now every single day I make it a point to call for follow ups, I’m always told that they will check and get back to me, of which it never happens. Please assist!! I just need my car fixed. Now I have a feeling no one knows what they doing in that place. Registration of my car is KV 43 YG-GP
I've been wanting for my parcel for a very long time now. When tracking for it, I get messages saying contact not available but there was no communication between me and the drivers. Worse part is, when I call them, the consultants are rude and not willing to even listen to what you need to say. This morning I spoke to a very rude lady who doesn't even give you a chance to talk. It's so disappointing, they don't consider the needs of the customers, it's all about them
