I took my car in for a service in September if not mistaken, I received it back, told everything was in good order. First week of November, it started making scratchy sounds, took it back to them. I was told the brake pads are finished and the disc is now damaged. It made me wonder if the service was done properly because I believe if all of this was happening, they should have inform me to say, the brake pads are finishe, they won’t last me for a certain period. I believe that the disc damage is due to severity of pads damage and it could have been avoided had they assessed the car properly. Now it left me wondering if they had ever done any service on my car at all? Most of the time when I’m fetching the car from the service, I’d be told that the invoice will be emailed to me, and not get it for weeks.

There is a **** taking place in this place, people are being lured to pay money for buying repossessed vehicles. They appear as CMG located in CMG Boksburg address. When victims comes to pick up vehicles they are turned out l, the dealership doesn't even do something to stop this and we suspect there are some individuals within that dealership working with this **** . PLEASE BE AWARE. They have the dealership letterheads, address, websites and communicate like care sales people...

I bought a Subaru Forester in September 2022 at the dealership, assisted by a guy called Wesley Du Toit. The purchasing experience was painful as the finance lady accused me of "putting words in her mouth" when I was discussing finance options. I fetched the car on the 3rd of September 2022 and the change of ownership was not done. I had to follow up on this guy regarding the change of ownership and had take the car for a roadworthy test before embracing the long queues at the licensing department. This week I booked the car at the nearest dealership for the first service only to discover that my details were not updated with Subaru SA. According to Subaru SA, the car is still registered with the first owner and upon scrutinizing the owner registration card, my details were not updated or stamped. This may have an adverse impact claiming my service and maintenance plan warranty, which I am paying for on monthly basis.

If I could I would put minus 10 stars! Today I have called 5 times for a quote. Every single time I get transfered and transfered! After being transfered 14 times I have given up! I then asked someone else to call. They where transfered 7 times for a ridiculous price. Firstly don't rip off your clients. Secondly the client pays your salary. this is NOT the first time I have had terrible service at this dealership. Now I want to sell my car and buy another brand. Utterly disgusted!

When you buy a car from a dealership, you trust they are not selling you a lemon. The 2017 model bakkie I bought from CMH in November 2021 is now (5 March 2022) leaking oil from the head gasket area. I went there today and I was told they can't do anything about, the leak wouldn't be covered even if I had taken warranty. R140k down the drain. With a trust score of only 2.4 out of 10, yeah.

CMH Group is operating in the most unethical manner ever! Disgusting thieves! They LIE to your face to justify the ADDITIONAL R7,500 "admin" fee on all vehicle sales. They tried to charge me for anti smash and grab saying its "standard practice for them to have all pre-owned cars (i.e. trade-ins) fitted with anti smash and grab film. What a load of trash! The car I wanted to buy comes standard with anti-smash and grab. So they want to charge me for something they haven't done?? If they had given the car the inspection and treatment they said they did then the surface scratches and scuffs would have been buffed out already... This is ILLEGAL! An exorbitant "admin" and paper handling fees are just another way to steal on top of the vehicle price. CMH charges 30% more than other motor retailers in my experience. I told them they can keep their car!
