I didn't know Netstar membership is supposed to be permanent. I sold the vehicle a year ago, notified Netstar and even today they are still harrasing my account. On the 15th of June I sent an email to cancelations department (Ref 11132693), that didn't work. For now I'm stuck with reversing debit orders, I feel that's the only way to deal with them. Can someone please attend to this matter.
So the delivery guy arrives today with a parcel for me, he's very friendly. I'm surprised... a parcel for me? I don't remember ordering anything. Then I open it, oh... I had totally forgotten I ordered S pen nibs. I bought some from Wish few weeks after I got no update from Reliable Store. Wish delivered in 3 weeks, so reliable store delivers in winter, really.. I had totally forgotten. This store is so not Reliable. I saw the negative reviews but I said let me try them anyways. Don't be like me
When you buy a car from a dealership, you trust they are not selling you a lemon. The 2017 model bakkie I bought from CMH in November 2021 is now (5 March 2022) leaking oil from the head gasket area. I went there today and I was told they can't do anything about, the leak wouldn't be covered even if I had taken warranty. R140k down the drain. With a trust score of only 2.4 out of 10, yeah.
I'm so pleased to have delivered a few parcels for Dischem Linksfield today, friendly staff, professional. This may not be the platform to empty my frustratio. Dealt with one RUDE customer at 25 Club in Unit 1. Very rude and racist. I'm writing this hoping someone at the store would intervene since she's a usual customer. Parcel was for Mr Berson but I regret having dealt with such a rude, racist and evil individual.

Just had a rude lady deliver a package to me. She was so rude before she even met me. The driver was friendly, just the lady sitting next to him. Day ruined. If one doesn't want their jobs they should just quit. I don't know her name but this is the number she uses 060,795, 4668
I just spoke to a Standard Bank consultant (Giving notice on my account) . She said her name is "Randzo", if I got that right. I cant detail the sweetness of the service I just received. You're the best Randzo, a real asset to the bank.
FNB is a good back, no doubt. I made a mistake trying to renew my license disc using NavCar on the fnb app on the 2nd of November, called them on the 2nd of December and they wouldn't refund me. Holidays approaching, licensing department won't reprint my motorbike license disc because of the outstanding car disc. I'm stuck with 2 unlicensed vehicles. All I need is a refund so I can do this manually. Please
I'm so disappointed with this bank. I closed an Rcp loan last year. To my surprise I found out they are still charging me for services and I now owe them a lot. That doesn't bother me much because I switched to FNB when my card couldn't withdraw from the smaller atms, and they failed to resolve that. What hurts me most is the attitude I got today from the admin lady at Lakeside branch. She said my temperature was too high and treated me like I was there to **** or something. I only went there to fix the loan issue and if my temperature was a cause for concern she could have handled this differently. Well now I want nothing to do with this bank, closing everything, will have to arrange early bond closure or switch to fnb. Close my savings, insurance and all. I've had it.
