I went to standard on Monday and Tuesday 12 & 13 August between 1 and 2pm, i turned back without any assistance on those days. I went there to esquire about my ucount card since it has expired. All these days that i went there, the queue was very long and only 2 people was working at inquiries. How can you service such a long queue with only 2 people.
I called Dstv price lock to arrange for price lock package on 18 June 2019, i was assisted by a lady who explains everything to me and we end up agreeing on the date of installation which was supposed to be on 22 June 2019, unfortunately it didn't happened as promised. I waited the whole day and even try to call. I wasted R60 airtime while waiting on the line listening to their machine. And no one bothered to call me. I even had to cancel some very serious appointments hoping they will come. I call them again on Monday morning 24 June 2019 and they told that a installer will be allocated for me of which I'm still waiting. They even told me that on their system it shows that the explora was delivered and as far as i know i didn't receive anything. As I'm writing this, I'm still waiting for their call which i don't know when it happen.
I had a contract with netstar for 3 years, the contract expired in november 2018 and they never bothered to contact me and let me. Instead they continue to debit up until it came to my attention that it is expired. When i tell them i want to cancel they told me i had to make a 30 days notice for a contract that expired for more than 5 months. I wonder how they run their business. I also requested a document that state that the contract is cancelled, till today i haven't received it. Very bad service.
I went to wimpy campus square on Wednesday around 7;10am to buy a streaky breakfast with well done eggs, to my surprise the eggs were not well done. They took them back to make it well done but it still came back not well done. This was not for the first time i encounter such a pathetic service at this wimpy. I had to cancel my order because i was not happy at all, the staff there do their work as if they're doing customers a favor. I will never ever go to that wimpy again. I took my car to them after being instructed by my insurance after an accident, i got the car with some noise from the suspension and had to take it back. After that the paint on the bumper peeled of and i took it back. After a few month the paint peels off again and they told me to bring it back again and this time they'll lend me their courtesy car. A week passed without hearing from them on when can i bring in the car. They even stole my cd.
