Wow! Had an amazing experience at Gary Rom Constantia today 😊 From the way I was received at reception, to the stylist and the massage chair while being shampooed. AAANDDD then....the hand massage and moisturising received whilst my hair was being dried....SUPERB, loved the total experience and will definitely be back 💕

Builders Warehouse - Constantia CT Branch
This branch is so massive with plenty of staff but VERY POOR service! We go there on a regular basis for supplies in the hope that the next experience will be a better one, but EISH - every time we go there is so frustrating. The staff stand around with a lack luster attitude and act as if they are doing you a favor when you ask for assistance. On Sunday we asked for a particular item and the gentleman said they last had it in stock in November 2023 without checking the system, he must be great having all the stock items and dates in his head hey, but it seems more like he did not feel like checking and sucked it out of his thumb! Nah Builders Constantia CT - you guys suck.....

Sound Match money sucking leeches!!!!
I don't want to give even 1 star but forced to select a rating!!!!! Sound Match Plumstead is a *******! Don't ever take your car there to refill the Aircon, they don't test it beforehand and if there is a leak they still charge you! The idiots are just about making money they have no clue what they are doing.... unacceptable for a so called professional company. Sad that you have puppets working for these companies that are clueless............

Builders Warehouse - no telephone etiquette!!!!
Builders Warehouse , for such a massive retailer your telephone system sucks!!!! You have to be transferred to a branch. The Tokai branch staff who answers never identifies that is is actually Builders that you eventually got through after listening to atrocious music for a while. Then you finally get through and they just put the phone down on you! You should invest in a better phone system and training your staff on telephone etiquette!!!?

nu Constantia, YUCK!!!!!
Just had the grossest flap jacks from nu in Constantia! Dry, burnt bottom, fell apart, a whole container of cinnamon dumped to each flap jack, making it the dryest, most terrible ever! And to be charged so much money for food that is now wasted is a crime.

Amazing service and advice from Chevonne, Black Opal
I would like to share my experience with Chevonne Solomons from Black Opal Cosmetics who assisted me at the new Clicks store at Burgundy Estate/Richwood. She is amazingly helpful, friendly and knows her product! I was so happy she was there on Monday afternoon when I walked in and asked for advice!

Bottles App, worst service ever!
After supporting them since they started, very very disappointing service lately, PnP should relook being associated with this app! 22 Dec never received an order of over R700 which I struggled for more than a month to be refunded!! You cant call and only mail the support email address, of which then people mailed me and called me and promised refund was processed just to then have to follow up with them again! Shocking, wish I could give less than Zero star rating!

Nedbank Montague Gardens
Nedbank Montague Gardens is amazing, friendly and efficient staff. Moved all my dealings personal and business over to them since the worst experiences at the Kenilworth branch, the staff at Kenilworth are very unprofessional, perhaps they should go train at Montague Gardens!

Medicare, they should rename Medidontcare!
The worst pharmacy ever, 5 people behind counter, only me waiting but no service! No acknowledgment that I will be assisted, most unfriendly staff I have ever experienced anywhere, acted like they are doing me a favour, disgusting!!!
