Well there had been 2 products that were out of stock from my order and I was told that I would get a refund or that I could opt to order another product. I opted to order another product and asked that the balance left over be credited to my account. I'm still waiting for my delivery to date so I'm guessing that I will have to follow up with them again and keep on chasing until I receive my products. They also take forever to get back to you because everything is on email and you can't even call them to notify them of urgent questions you have. So I haven't had a great shopping experience however the products that I did receive do far are exactly as advertised I haven't used them yet but thye appear to be great quality.
What pathetic service this bank has and how I deeply regret ever opening an Investment account with them! I have told them that I want to terminate/Cancel the contract I have with them for the 2 of the investment accounts I have with them and they are simply refusing because they claim that I cannot cancel before the maturity date of next year March 2023. Their failing to understand that this is not stated in their clause and that it is my right cancel a contract as per the CPA section 14th so they are in essence breaking the law! For an Islamic bank to force people to stay in a contract even after they have communicated they they want to terminate is wrong and I will do all that is necessary to expose this ridiculous illegal behavior!
I made purchase led 9 items from Takealot on the 2nd of October and have only received I item to date after thye stewed up the my order twice by sending me the wrong order and I do not get any updates from them only when I call they promise to escalate my enquiry about the outstanding 8 items I ha e not received. I have just phoned them again now and the agent I spoke to told me the same thing that she would call the warehouse and find out what happened but I am yet to receive a phone call with an update she only sent an email that states that she will make a follow up but I have not received any communication of when I will receive the 8 items I paid for that are still outstanding. I'm so disappointed with the service I have received thus far from Takealot its beyond discusting and pethetic.
PEOPLE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!! I WARN YOU DO NOT USE THE BULL**** THAT IS THE MTN NETWORK , IT IS ABSOLUTE RUBBISH, JUST KAK! THEY ARE SO USELESS THEY CANT EVEN BLACKLIST A PHONE! I LOST MY PHONE TODAY AND WENT TO THE MTN BRANCH AT JABULANI & WAS TOLD TO PHONE THE CALL CENTRE LITTLE DID I KNOW I WAS BEING REFERRED TO EVEN WORSE IDIOTS WITH POOR SOFT S****S WHO SEEMED TO BE CLUELESS ABOUT THEIR PROCESS AS THEY TOLD ME DIFFERENT THINGS. AFTER SPEAKING TO 4 DIFFERENT CONSULTANTS WHO TOLD ME THAT THEY CANT BLACKLIST MY PHONE BECAUSE IT IS SUNDAY AS IF THAT IS WHAT I WANTED TO HEAR AND WAS HELPFUL TO MY SITUATION, WHEN I PHONED AGAIN TO HAVE MY SIM SWAP DONE I WAS TOLD TO ALSO PHONE AGAIN TOMORROW OR GO TO THE BRANCH, SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE , I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL TOMORROW TO GET MY NUMBER BACK AND TO BLOCK MY PHONE LEAVING ME COMPLETELY VULNERABLE TO MY CONTACTS AND ALL ACCESS TO MY EMAILS AND ACCOUNTS BEING ACCESSED BY THE PERSON WHO NOW HAS MY PHONE, MIND YOU THIS IS NO DIFFERENT FROM HAVING YOUR CARD SWALLOWED BY THE ATM & CALLING YOUR BANK TO BLOCK IT IMMEDIATELY TO AVOID FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES ON ONE'S ACCOUNT. HOW I REGRET TAKING UP A CONTRACT PHONE WITH THIS KAK NETWORK, NEVER AGAIN MTN, SIES MAAN NXA!!!
