Recently bought a Demo MIni Clubman from this franchise. The Mini Experience is supposed to be special. It was when buying the vehicle. We were treated like royalty, but once the honeymoon is over and you want to get spares from this business you are faced with just the same old poor service you get from many other dealers. I have requested quotes three times for parts. Not even the courtesy to respond to my emails. The Mini Experience is just a sales gimmick. I shall take my business elsewhere.
I have white powder coated aluminium framed windows and folding sliding doors made and installed by National Glass George. This company has terrible customer service and product quality. Within 4 years the powder coating on the window frames has started to oxidise. The folding doors have had repeated adjustments to allow them to open and close. They never come and complete all the work in one visit and rarely arrive on the planned day. Do not use this company or its products.
Incredible Connection George Mall. I bought a FitBit Charge 2 from this store in November 2018. The strap broke so i took the watch in to ask for a new strap as there was a clear fault in the plastic molding. Tech service informed me that they would have to send the watch away for assessment 4-6 weeks. The manager was called and informed me this was store policy. I then contacted FitBit in the USA and within 10 minutes of email chat, a strap is on route from the Netherlands to our address. Customer service Incredible Connection i think not.
