I’ve been waiting for a representative to call me back to upgrade my membership to National. And I’ve now waited for quite some time. Not only have I been waiting for over a year to get my gym bag but now I’m waiting to just get help. Nah this leaves a bad taste in a paying clients mouth.
Once again, here I am writing yet another review of this appalling service. Yet another debit order went off when I no longer am insured by this company after I had multiple problems with my vehicle and I was never helped. It’s been a year and my money is still being taken and I think that is disgusting. I want my money back immediately!!!! And I want this stopped immediately!
They make you accept a Debi check and then they take money every month and I haven’t seen a cent from the loan I’ve app**** for. That is ***** and *******.
Taking money every month with a company that couldn’t even assist me with my vehicle. I cancelled this service almost a year ago and I’m still being debited every month for it.
In all honesty, not even a One star rating is satisfactory for this company. A -100 star rating is accurate. I am convinced that this company is *****ing from clients. Because tell me why my balance went from R1000 and I paid R700 & R200 in feb. to now all of a sudden the owing balance be R900?? No statements just random phone calls every month with random amounts of money. This is absurd. And when I speak to a “supervisor” she tells me she will investigate the matter and check the phone calls recordings and call me back. Clearly she’s still looking for something because I haven’t heard back. This is daylight *******.
I requested a cancellation and yet I’m still being charged and accused of not paying yet I have proof of payment . I want this sorted out ASAP and cancelled immediately
It’s been 3 months that I’ve tried getting into contact with Discovery about adding a car onto my plan and yet nobody has even bothered to respond to emails or even bother to take me off of hold when I call. If this is how a client gets treated I’m definitely changing car insurances because this is horrible.
If I could give a -1 rating I would. After the fact that I spoke to your representative about paying end of the month yet my membership is still being cancelled IS ABSOLUTELY WRONG and *********! I am definitely going to take this matter further because you cannot proceed with a cancellation after an agreement has been made! I’ve gone through the utmost with Discovery, I have never received any good service from you people and I’ve been treated like an actual animal and ******** instead of a client. From day one, you put me on the most expensive medical aid without my knowledge because you’re hungry for commission, I had a miscarriage and had to go to a public hospital but I have medical aid, I got COVID-19 and couldn’t even go to a doctor I had to go to a clinic yet I have “the best medical aid” I wasn’t even covered for my pregnancy either! I am definitely going to make this matter viral because this is PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE, no phone call nothing just a “sorry bye” sms You don’t even have the decency to call your clients instead just send an SMS. I will most certainly let this make news! People should know what’s happening at Discovery!
I am far from happy with what’s been going on with your establishment. I needed to get meds as I am battling a bad cold, I went to get my meds and I get told I can’t and have to contact you people, I’ve contacted you MULTIPLE TIMES with 0 assistance 0 response. I had to suffer like this. Despite my medical aid being paid for. I spend almost 10k a month on “the leading company’s” medical aid and this is what I get? I couldn’t even go to a doctor I had to go to a public hospital because my medical aid is a decoration. Imagine that having to go to a public facility because I was turned away due to a problem with my medical aid, and yet I pay sooo much money! I am fuming because you people are able to harass the public for your funds but when it comes to receiving the service for those funds NOTHING! The worst part is , I can’t even cancel my medical aid because I’ve spent SO MUCH money as it is to keep it up. I’m so so angry and I have no words about discovery. I most certainly will be putting this on Hello Peter so the world knows what discovery actually stands for. Let’s not even get started that my vitality membership was cancelled without my consent after everything
I encountered the most rude front desk woman while attempting to check in. I booked online and I came in to check in before 2pm. I needed to go to a meeting and check my husband and I in at the hotel before going to this meeting and I was told there are no rooms available. Then I was told I didn’t make payment when I made payment online. After telling me there were no rooms , miraculously a room appeared out of no where . We waited a century for room service to bring our food. The room smelt like an ashtray, there were no menus in the rooms, we kept on hold forever when we called the reception. When we were checking out we had to beg for a porter to assist us with our bags! Absolutely pathetic service received
