25 Jan 26 Fidelity bakkie knocked my vehicle from behind, I submitted all documents for a claim but nothing has been until this far.
Good day, i bought a car from Auto Pedigree Parow 2 months ago actually i did a trade in with them. Their consultant came to assess my vehicle and too pictures and everything after 2 or 3 days i called to say the deal was approved and i have bring in my vehicle and i was given a new one, then i signed contract and everything and they promised me to fix certain few things on the vehicle that i bought with them in due course and i took the vehicle with that was end of August 2021 and also they promised me to give a new registration number soon together with a spare key. I did a lot of follow ups with the consultant and he kept on say he is waiting on registration number on his side and he give me call as soon as he gets them until this far i havent recieved my new registion number. The other thing is i lost my service book for my previous car. Today i recieved a call from Auto Pedigree Parow branch Ryan telling me that he was not aware that my vehicle was involved in an accident and he threatened to cancel the deal that i already signed a contract for and the first instalment aready went off and he even went as far as saying he need the service book that i told them its lost. I am really dissapointend about the level of incompetency they showed me or the poor service they rendered to me. If they continuing with their intentions i am taking this further i.e. motor Ombudsman and consumer protection
I applied for land in 2016 in eastern cape for Mt Fletcher under Mangolong district, unfornately i changed my account in the process so payouts were done in February 2020. I contacted the department in February 2020 and was refered to a gentlemen called Tau Leeu 0829478137 who told me that i must i phone back in March of which i did and he told me that the money is not reflecting yet in that point in time then i must phone back again in April then i did and again told me that its not reflecting still then i must phone back in June then i did then again told me call again in July but still no success. Good Morning I am currently very upset with the service i am getting from Multichoice. I recently upgraded to new PVR decoder as i was still using the old silver decoder which was starting to give me problems, that is the day i regret in my whole life because that is when i started experiencing issues with my premiums. I phoned Multichoice N1 city in March 2020 and i spoke to Busisiwe Buthelezi or Zulu who told me that they activated PVR settings or phone box and i asked her nicely to cancel those things as l did not take them and she promised me that they were deactivated. Suppringly this month i am getting a msg again with high premium due then immediately contacted Multichoice N1 city and spoke to a lady Ayanda who also confirmed my last month call but nothing was done to cancel those PVR functions, Ayanda could not provide me a reference to confirm cancellation.
