Network down, no internet, but I have just complained twice and was told that this won't be a problem again. I work remotely and have lost work. Fix this please, what more do I need to do??? I am currently using Telkom sim card to temporarily connect to the internet, which is costing me more money. This is tiring. Sesi 071 2410 126.
I bought a decoder some time last year. I am currently on Access package. Today I am told that my decoder has stopped working because It is outdated. A consultant told me that I need to take their package which I really do not approve of. Can you please contact me and explain to me what is going on.

I have made an order online for a powerbank last week and was given a ref no:#82351022,i was told the delivery will take place on the following monday before 5pm i knock off 15:30 i since waited until 5pm hoping for them to deliver they never came,i sent an email again and was told the delivery will take place on Friday before 5pm and waited still for the delivery,no call nothing pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been with vodacom for more than 10 years and have 2 contracts with you guys,now i have a problem my sim card cant accept any incoming calls from any cellc number,im taken from pillar to post for almost 2months now,this is not the service i expect from you,this is terible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
