Diaspora of the Kitchen
As I am writing this, it is now 13h27 and I have not yet received my lunch. If it's not dirty crockery and filthy cutlery. Lunch is meant to be at 12h00. I am here on kidney infection issue, yet I'm being served tea where the teapot came with left over grime of however old the milk was. The kitchen is a total let down. Luckily I am not diabetic with the lateness of the meals. The food just arrived and I am not supposed to eat fast as visiting hour is in 25minutes. If there was an option for negative star, the kitchen definitely deserves it. Mind you, this is like 3x in a row now thus is happening as I am on the 5th day here

Makro Cornubia/Defy incompetence
I purchased a Defy fridge on the 08 July 2022, beginning of December I noticed that it's does not cool anymore. I managed to go to Makro Cornubia on the 23 December 2022 to report the appliance defect job number 1736414 was given to me and told to wait for the technicians to come check the appliance at my home. On the 29th they arrived and said the fridge has no gas. I requested a replacement appliance as it is too soon to be regasing a new fridge. Between Defy and Makro Conubia I'm being put through Here and there with no help. Mind you my food has gone off, I have no fridge and I have 3 kids. What must I do really to be given another fridge

Health hazard
Pep store at Dube Village Inanda is a health hazard due to their air-conditioning not working for the past 5 to 6 months, it's like a sauna when you walk in. Their money market services is always offline almost as if it's lies, the staff don't want to work.

Incompetent Deliveries Service
Twice in one month I purchased two washing machines from Game and both delivered very late and not on the days promised. On the 3rd week of April I purchased a Demo hisense machine from Gateway Game, I had even takes a day off work so that I can receive the order but it did not come. Until 3 days later after numerous calls it was delivered on a Sunday morning. And now I purchased another machine at Game City Durban, Samsung, as a gift to a friend who is getting married on the 4th. I purchased it on Monday 28/04/2019 and was promised delivery the following day. Still not received. I've just called the shop, was referred to a Mr Praven who is a sales manager who said that on their system it says I'll pick up the machine. How is that when I paid R250 for delivery!! They are very incompetent with empty promises when it comes to delivery.
