I initiated a relocation request in August 2025, knowing we’d be moving in October. It’s now November, and the issue is STILL unresolved. I’ve made countless calls, begged for help last Friday, and was met with empty promises and deaf ears. Escalations were “logged” — but clearly, that means nothing. What does a customer have to do to get basic service? Vodacom claims calls are recorded — I challenge any decision-maker to listen and tell me this is acceptable treatment of a loyal customer. Compared to other providers, this has been the worst service experience I’ve ever had. Frustrated. Disappointed. One star is a far stretch... they DO NOT deserve any stars. They are a ******* company. Firstly it took over 3 weeks to do the verification, until I made a fuss then it was completed. Then when I requested a withdrawal it was denied, some **** and bull story about a rule was broken. They seized my winnings and told me I WILL NOT BE GETTING THE MONEY. When they want you to deposit money, its easy as 1,2,3 but when you win they ROB you. Never have I witnessed such Debauchery. STAY AWAY FROM THUNDERBOLT ONLINE CASINO!!!!
Extremely disappointed after seeing the tv advert decided to try the new cheese griller pies. Worst pies we have ever eaten. Salty and lack of pastry. My daughter had the peppered steak - lack of steak meat. Awesome advertising disaster tasting pies. Added disaster was the queezy stomach ache experienced after eating the pies.
I have been trying to contact Vodacom for the last 2 months and has to been no avail. Due to COVID I had to move my child to On Line schooling and because of this I had to make a quick plan to get a data plan. I opted to go for Vodacom LTE that gave me 50 gig anytime data. Since getting the LTE plan we have encountered numerous problems with connectivity to such an extent my child cannot sit for a full Zoom classroom lesson and this is becoming a huge problem for her. I have tried to contact Vodacom to get them to please assist with changing over from LTE to Fibre BUT THAT HAS BEEN TO NO AVAIL. I am not asking them to cancel my Vodacom contract, I am merely asking them as a client of Vodacom that is sitting with a real life situation to assist moving to Fibre. I did not ask for this provide - we are also victims of COVID as well.
Dissatisfied Customer with Coca Cola Sales Rep and Coca Cola business support Since our engagement with Coca Cola it has been just one big disaster. We have a shop and wanted Coca Cola to supply us soft drinks but to get the rep to come see us is like taking water from a rock, meaning IT NEVER HAPPENS. So much for customer service. Poor pathetic excuse for a sales rep.
