First for women is becoming pointless and useless to have, I claimed for my rims provided picture and all it only took them a day to decline my claim .. without investigation the agent said I didn’t pay my premium and said I don’t have rim &tyre wow whereas I did .. they deducted money on my tymebank account without fail now they don’t wanna pay … my car is just sitting there now
You guys are pathetic hey, so I have a claim for scratches and now you guy quoted higher meaning now I have to take out my money which I don’t have, I asked the claim consultant to pay me I’ll use my own repairer since I already claimed for a dent. Doesn’t it make sense to use different repairers on one car? Now they’ll be messing my car with different paint and repairer is cheaper than yours.. pay my claim and I’ll use my own repairer please.
Wow I always have to come to hello Peter for my claim to be attended to, I made a claim for tyres and rims and provided the information requested.. the tyres even busted because 1st for just don’t care… I requested a call back the agent hung on me …I’m stranded now
I'm not happy my claim was closed, reason why i don't know, I was sent a link for for assessment for my scratch and den the link couldn't load the photos , i reached out to ayanda makathine but he just didn't care.. i sent photos via email also since whatapp link couldn't load.. why do i have to struggle every time i claim
You guys are ****mers now? I was sent a link to do an assessment you assessor quoted me double the payout.. I went and did a physical assessment it was less than what you quoted.. so that you cannot payout my claim.. payout my claim and cancel
I’m really not happy my claim is dragging. Since in the morning I’ve requested a call back .. they call back but instead of transferring me to the relevant department they hung up it’s frustrating
Taking rim and tyre insurance was a total waste .. why would a claim For rim and tyre drag like this I sent pictures and quotes but you guys want an impossible things.. why would I keep a damaged tyre? Why don’t you note on your policy that damaged tyre and rim must be kept what an inconvenience

Vodacom took my account of something i never had , i do not have a contract with vodacom , i took a contract for pocket router and they delivered a home router i took it back and cancelled everything so vodacom now took me to creditors they calling day in and out saying i owe vodacom ..i have tried contacting vodacom its be 4 years now ... your customer service is ****
Fraudsters Scam scam scaaaam that’s what you guys are and I don’t you guys kept sending me invoice where I was towed and you want me to pay for it and unbelievably 9km away from home, what annoys me is that the package I took included towing its written in black and white on my policy wording please sort this mess and cancel everything you ruining my name for you fraudulent activities
