I've been a DSTV subscriber for +/-20 years and on a monthly debit order which I have never missed. I have 4 paying decoders of which 2 is Holiday Homes. The past 3 weeks I've received and sms 3 times that I have an outstanding amount for as little as R50 and that all my decoders have been cut off with immediate effect - yet I have a monthly debit order in place. I've spent about 6+ hours on the call centre in 3 weeks, and tonight 28 May about 3 hours with 4 consultants and still I don't have any viewing on my home DSTV. They promise a supervisor / manager will call back, but still waiting ... Shocking service, incompetent supervisors and staff, amateur systems and software systems running this apparently multi national company - however if there are any competition and just have access to sport, then probably 75+% of their customers will move.
For the best seafood in the Northern suburbs with the most friendly and best waiters and service you can find. Their food in consistently excellent, French and well presented. For regular visitors you are always recognised and they remember your favourite drinks and dishes. We can't stop recommending Salt Durbanville to anyone!!
My vehicle broke down at 21h00 on Friday on the dangerous R300 in Cape Town. Discovery Insure's service was quick and brilliant and towed my vehicle to safety within 20 mins. Even today the towed my vehicle to the motor dealer to be fixed with hassles. Excellent service - thank you Adriaan Tromp
