Outsurance compliment on amazing service
I had such an amazing experience with Wanda at outsurance. I was so unhappy at my previous insurer and I switched over to outsurance and I cannot express my peace of mind and excitement I have for this shift. Thank you Wanda for your kindness and patience with me on that phone call. Awesome service !!!!

This has to be the biggest con artists out there. My car was sent to them by my insurer and they made such a mess on fixing my car not once but 3 times.. They are poor at communications. Quality control doesn't exist here. They were supposed to replace my boot. But after going to another panel beater to fix their unfinished mess I was told that my boot was never replaced but filled with body putty. And my cables in my boot that give power to my lights and boot lock weren't connected. There was no power running through. So in all this their auto electrician in my opinion doesn't know what he is doing would not recommend this place to anyone.

Miway complaint
I have had the worst experience with miway the last 5 months. They don't communicate with you. All communications are one sided and never a clear out come. One of the panel beaters they are in partnership with which I unfortunately had to deal with was so *********** and just caused more damage to my vehicle. Miway took zero responsibility for this. What a joke. Would not recommend this insurance to anyone.

Mtn sucks!!!!
Mtn services has got to be one of the worst in the world!!! Unhelpful and rather pathetic. Quick to drop the phone in your ear when asking questions. Everyone you get through to telephonically wants to get paid but doesn't want to do the work The accounts department is even worse!!!! What a joke!!!

I was helped by Tabogoand am absolutly impressed qith the efficiency and kindness shown... amaizing insurence company to be a part of!!!! LOVE IT!!!
