Dotsure Pet Insurance is puik
Onlangs genoem dat Dotsure Pet Insurance fantasties is. Het dit nou weereens ervaar. Ek het n situasie met n hond se stert amputasie gehad en het reeds sowat 3 opvolg 'claims' gehad. Steeds elke keer het Dotsure sonder om te skroom uit betaal. Ek is so bly dat ek Dotsure as my diere versekering gekies het. Elke paaiement werd. Dankie Dotsure!

Dotsure is fantasties!
Vir die afgelope 7 jaar en 100 eise later is ek steeds beïndruk met die spoed en effektiwiteit van Dotsure. Ek beveel hulle aan vir enige troeteldier eienaar. Dankie aan al die vriendelike mense by Dotsure!

Herotel Sucks!
I work from home and my router somehow reset itself after power outage thus changing my username. I could not connect. trying to get hold of herotel is a nightmare itself. I finally was able to book a job card and was told a technician is on standby and will come and help me. I explained that is t was really important that I need to work. This was round 9 in the morning. At 4 o'clock I phoned again and was told sorry office closes at 12 on Saturday. It is a long weekend someone will only help me maybe Tuesday. This after I explained that I need to work and I need to have internet. The service has not even been installed for a week and already it is unreliable and the service is even worse. I hope I can cancel my contract without any further loss of money. Due to loss of work over weekend I am loosing a lot of money already. thanks herotel for nothing!

Very professional and help full
Freddy was awesome helping me to create my profile. They called me as soon as they picked up I was'nt sure what to do when buying the prepaid electricity. He was patient and very help full. Gave good direction and advice. Thank you. Will recommend these guys!
