Delayed online order
I want to warn people about this ****a shop. Don't bother waisting your hard earned cash here. I ordered online with them my order was confirmed on the 3rd of September 2024 today is the 16th of September and I still don't have my order. So *********** and unprofessional.

Ticktok challenge during working hours
Today i visited PEP Dawnpark in boksburg after work to collect my parcel and to buy few items. I was in disbelief to see staff members busy with TICKTOK challenges during working hours infront of customers while there is a long que in store during the rush hour. There was only 1 till opened. The store manager by Jabulile was the one taking the dancers videos unbothered even when she was called for authorization. I dont even want to talk about their attitude to say rude will be an understatement.

Scammers
Bought a ford ranger with this dealer a week later it had a gear problems took it back to them. Only worked for a month after that the gears couldn't work and they said there is nothing they can do I must take it to ford since it had a warranty Ford refused to fix because apparently the vehicle had accident damage. Now am paying monthly installment of a car which am not even driving these people are scammers save your money and stay far from this dealership.

Bad reception service rude staff member
Called the hotel on the 28th of may to cornfirm my booking for 25th of june. The lady who was at reception @16.20pm was very very rude she told me they are close for booking and the hotel is fully booked because they have a group of police who booked in. How can a hotel be fully booked when i have already paid. She even hanged up the call while i was still speaking. So rude and so unprofessional. I wont advice anyone to book this place pathetic service

rude agent
I phoned capitec early today to complain about the new send cash added on cellphone banking. a lady by Adelaide assisted me. she had to ask security question before she could assist me wish I don't mind but I found her to be really rude and impatient especially when she told me that she couldn't pronounce my second name she repetead the same question and I told her I don't have enough airtime can you please ask me another question which you can maybe pronounce cause it's really not my fault that you cannot pronounce my name. she made me hold for nothing. then she came back to ask me about 5 questions. then she made me hold again saying she will check what had happened with my money. she made me hold until my airtime run out. I don't know why she made me hold the first time. she was very rude and unprofessional
