THERES NO NEGATIVE STAR! but definitely negative service , not only have I emailed and called after my loan was paid in full , I'm told to hold with out even "customer" service agent just transferring me to the next department . With such exorbitant rates YOU WOULD THINK they would train people to listen better , its 8 am there is no excuse for such poor service !!!!!! Theres no excuse for extra charges after a settlement has been agreed upon and REALLY COULD YOU JUST ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE PEOPLE YOU ARE CHARGING actually are the reason the your staff have such extravagant staff parties and good salaries

Today , once again outstanding services Nadine done my waxing and Sibongile my pedicure . Thanks for the helpful advise as well as always friendly and bubbly personalities make it worth the Head Office drama and bad service. Your company needs to appreciate these ladies more and truly know that they are the reason why customers come back .

Poor service....Waitress was basically bullying me into giving her a tip when I repeated needed to tell her what I wanted . Played deaf when I said I'm not going to tip her and that there's a reason why she didn't give me a pen......Quality of food is disappointing and being a loyal customer is really disheartening
