I need my Defy washing machine replaced or refunded. This is the worst machine ever, not to mention the bad aftersales service technicians. It's now been three times Defy Service sent someone to repair the noise, but when we tested the machine in front of the repair man, the noise was gone, this was only because they were testing the machine without a load, the minute we put clothes in the machine the noise is back and now it trips our power. I don't know what to do anymore. This machine is not even 4 months old. Does Defy make appliances that only last a month before falling apart? Defy service/customer care is useless. Unhappy customer 😒
I bought a Defy Washing Machine from MAKRO and since the first use of the machine it was apparent that there was something major wrong with it. We have now had a technician out on two separate occasions and still, it is not fixed. The last time the technician came out he said he fixed it, got us to sign his sheet and left, as soon as he left the machine started with the noise again and we phoned him immediately and asked that he come back. Upon his arrival, we had to leave and he was going to look into the noise. Our housekeeper told us that he stood in front of the machine and then left.
Efficient and understood my needs for cover.
I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. We placed an order and paid money upfront for Chromdeck Sheets on 28 April 2023. When placing the order, we were promised delivery would be the same day as the items were in stock. Since then, we had various lies about delivery, items out on delivery, etc. Now, no one is answering any phone calls, WhatsApp messages etc. They have a small mini unit in Isando - Kempton Park (Unit 22, The Foundry, 12 Power Street) where they display a few sheets against the wall, with one lady sitting behind a desk that claims not to have any numbers and does not know where the factory in Germiston is where the sheets are manufactured, nor has she a telephone number for the company's owner. ALL LIES They also trade as CZ Wholesalers (Pty) Ltd t/a CZ Built and claims on their website (www.czwholesalers.co.za) to have another branch in Polokwane (16 Mangaan Street, Polokwane Ext 13 - 015 547 0010). We are out of pocket with out any goods supp****.
What an awesome experience dealing with Ny-Ray Doors, from me sending a request for quotation to them installing our new Garage Doors including automation. They kept us inform on when installation would be, arrived on time, left the worksite clean and tidy. Thanks to Gerry and Team.
I'd like to thank Woodford Car Hire (Kings Shaka International Airport) for the wonderful service and friendly staff. The experience with Woodford Car Hire was excellent and I highly recommend it to all.

1 Star rating is way too high for this medical aid...wish their was an option to rate them below... Worst experience ever - customer for over 7 years... they have made use of a clever advertising gimmick - "THE PEOPLE HAVE SPOKEN AND WE HAVE LISTENS.... Medivault is a LIE ........ nothing more than a loan product.... now left with an expensive hospital plan that covers absolutely nothing. Phoned on the 25th of April 2019 to cancel our policy .... worst service ever (was told by the customer care agent that a retentions agent would contact us... told her I'm not interested in speaking with a retention agent as I was not willing to carry on with cover from Fedhealth) I even insisted that they record the conversation? I was then contacted on the 3rd of May, NO help what so ever as to confirmation of our cancellation. Don't think the words retention officer or customer retention is at all part of your vocabulary. Biggest joke of all - I was contacted on the 9th of May 2019 by Tarryn wanting to go thru our Chronic Illnesses ... 1st time in 7 years we have been contacted in regards to this...I had to inform her that I had in fact already cancelled and was told their in nothing on the system.. Can you please provide feedback on the service received from Sifiso including confirmation of my policy cancellation.... I will make it my live's mission to let people know what horrible products you provide. To anyone thinking of joining this medical aid - STAY AWAY
