The guys did work at my place and not more than 6 months later, there was a problem. I asked him to come check and see. He **** and started making excuses, saying “maybe” tomorrow, and the next day. Don’t use them for work, you will regret!
Liers, ****mers of note. Made an order online, but after paying they always come back and say there is no stock! Always! With deals that are too good to be true, they are too good to be true.
The query and customer service lines are poor!! You wait for hours and finish your airtime. A typical Telkom company service. I am paying for 75MB/75MB, but the best I get is 40MB, and I get 12 MB most of days. I never even get close to 60MB. I call, log queries and nothing. Very poor
2 times in one week, the drivers lie and say they delivered. But they dis not... MR Delivery repayment is not back into your account, but as a credit. I don't like that because it means I have to use the app again. Very slow response, I am done with their poor service
I waited for a whole hour without no help still with the activation divition. You wait the wholw day and they close at 1 pm. They lied to me and said the activation would be done by 1 Jan 2023 by sales person lied to me.
I was assisted by Nicolene Andrews, she was amazing. Waited on the call, took the matter and handled it within less than 24 hours. Very quick response and patient. She is a super star! We need such people in business, efficient and just get things done! Especially in December, when most people just don't care. She has represented the company well.
