I had purchased 2 x Nasty bars as per the abovementioned subject from JJ Cale In Pavillion, Durban, Kwazulu-Natal, South Africa. I usually purchase the g**** ice nasty 16000 and the 1 out of the 2 didn't have much flavour. I went in to the store and the attendant stated that it could be my tongue being used to the flavour. I had tested the 2nd in store and was happy with it as it had the usual full flavour. The attendant exchanged the 1 with another and I tested the new 1 which was also not to the norm. The attendant stated that she cannot assist me any further. The fact that 1 out of the 2 tasted great cannot be an issue with my taste.
I have lost count in the number of emails and phonecalls made to Sizwe. All i get is an email response stating that the issue has been resolved which hasn't. I have been querying my old savings to be paid out from May 2023. Please see reference number in the abovementioned subject line. Please could.you speed up this request to pay out my old savings to me.
I had sent the following email to FNB. Please see attached. My FNB Islamic Term Deposit which matured on 25 November 2020 was in excess of R79000. I attempted to withdraw R25000 on 25 November. Please see attached error message. I had called in FNB on 26 November stating that I require R25000 from my Islamic Term Deposit. They had stated that since I had missed the maturity date which was the day before they have to close the account and pay the entire amount directly into my cheque account. This has been done since I required my R25000. Ebucks Issue I have now noticed that I am now on 10500 ebucks points due to my Islamic Term Deposit account being closed. Had I still had my Islamic Term Deposit account open I would have withdrawn R25000 and still had in excess of R40500 balance gaining me my 1500 Ebucks points thus taking me to 12000 which changes from level 4 to level 5. The reason my account was closed was due to FNB Technical issue and not any fault of mine. Please liaise with Ebucks to apply an additional 1500 ebucks points thus moving me from level 4 to level 5.
I am appalled with your 2019/20 ebucks earn rules focusing towards reducing clients reward level. I have maintained the maximum reward level for a lengthy period of time. You have even gone to the extent of reducing the Islamic account concession from 2000 to 1000 points. The direction you are channeling your reward level earning criteria requires the client to move towards more investments, life insurance etc in order to maximise their reward level. As a muslim and an Islamic account holder l do not partake in the majority of these items and hence you have the Islamic concession which you have strategically reduced by 50%. I would really like to be informed of your reasons you have targeted a reduction to such a large scale of clientele.
Hi. Just like the 100s of negative comments, I too have been scammed by Scoin verbally confirming a buyback. I had purchased coins in 2012 with the agreement that it will be bought back, i had then requested a buyback with a few years where I was informed that I need to wait for 5 years. I had then emailed Scoin Shop Pavillion posing as a prospect investor. I had enquired about the buy back via email and then requested the procedure. This was the response I had received on email. "The trade exchange would find you a suitable buyer but enough time must be left for the item to grow rare. Regarding the time period to hold I cannot give an exact time. These are items that need time and unfortunately this is not a “get rich quick” option. I hope this is helpful Regards Fran" So here they are clearly stating they will find a suitable buyer. Furthermore why would 100s of investors misinterpret this.
