Limnos Bakery - Bakery Heaven
What can I say? Variety! Excellent customer service! High quality products! Taste explosion! I will definitely recommend them to anyone with a sweet tooth. My favorite spot in town - by far!

Rocomamas Circus
Rocomamas Okovango Crossing will never ever see me again. On Saturday, 28 September 2019, we visited the branch for dinner. We had to be moved from one table to another as ants were crawling all over the table, not that the second table was any cleaner than the first. We left without getting our complete drinks order. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant is horrific. The serving staff don't pay attention to the needs of the clients as they are too busy on their cellphones, fooling around with each other, it looks like management is trying to run a circus instead of a business. Management needs to be revised. I'm highly disappointed with my experience at this branch.

Never Ever will I make use of RAM's services again!
I will never in my life make use of RAM Hand To Hand Couriers again! On Wednesday, 10 July 2019 around 09:00 I requested and paid for a parcel to be collected from Bellville and to be delivered to Paarl the following day before 11:00. The parcel was only delivered to the address in Paarl on the 16th of July. I selected the "before 11:00" service for a reason - the documents needed to be delivered before the court date. Why did I select this service and pay for it if the parcel was only delivered 5 days late??? I contacted RAM to find out why the parcel was not delivered on the day I requested and paid for, the person on the other side asked for the tracking number, which I supplied immediately, the person then said that someone will be in contact with me. It has now been 9 days since I've asked for feedback and I haven't received any form of customer service. Absolutely pathetic!

SERVICE NON EXISTENT
Absolute pathetic customer service. I've been trying to get hold of someone to assist me to cancel my contract. I've been phoning customer service for 3 weeks, twice a day. As soon as they say that I'm going through to cancellations, the line gets cut off. If I dial the number provided, I don't even get an answer. This is absolutely pathetic - quick to help if it is sales, but assistance regarding cancellations are non existent.
