It was honestly impossible to rate you a minus 5..... I took up this useless product last year when I purchased my vehicle from VW. I was approached by a Tracker Connect sales consultant at the VW branch, he advised that if I take up the product I will be able to cancel without any penalties and I can cancel anytime. I took up the product based on this information. This year after fighting Tracker for the last 2 years about paying for a non operational product and incurring increases for a useless product that does not even read the correct readings from the vehicle, where the vehicle is or its status. The last straw was when I called the Emergency line requesting that they recover my vehicle and they told me to go open a case first. This is a joke of a company, I seriously wonder who the owner is... Fast forward, I call to cancel this rip off of a product and this untrained lady tells me that if i wish t cancel there will be cancellation fees, I told her that this was not stated to me when taking up the product and she insisted that she will send to me a call recording declaring that I am aware of such, to date I still await this recording. I was told to log my complaint in the complaints department info@whatwhat, which I did not do. A few days later I was then contacted by the most unprofessional rude girl by the name of Nomthandazo Thoka - I would not hire this girl in my worst day, she is clueless and its so sad. She called me stating she is from Tracker and she noted my complaint, which mind you, I did not log. I told her not to call me , she said she will send me an email and I asked her not to email me. What did she do? She forcefully emailed me, as a Client Experience Officer is this the manner in which clients are treated?. Now is this not a violation of the POPI act? Just because you have my information does it give you the rights t do what the hell you please? In this pathetic email I was advised that Tracker cannot find any document or recording inking me to be contracted by this lousy company, also that thy will no longer be charging me a cancellation fee. Now my question is this, if you cannot find anything contracting me to you stupid company then what gave you the right to collect premiums. I have emailed this girl Nomthandazo Thoka screen shots showing the difference between Car Tracker and Tracker Connect when with Tracker Connect I pay more money for nothing and where as I an not even contracted to them. This girl threatened me saying that she will be forced to ignore my emails, yet when I asked her not to email be on my personal email she forcefully did so without my consent. So now they have conned me from my money for the last 2 years. I have asked for the call recordings of when I wished to cancel this policy and was bullied by your staff telling me that they will send me the recording. I am still waiting. I have asked for the call recording requesting Nomthandazo Thoka to not make contact with me via email as this is a pure violation of the POPI act. She has chosen to ignore me like she said and now I am on Hello Peter. Please provide me with the requests in order to liaise with my lawyers and the Ombudsman. Your calls are recorded and available upon request, I am requesting them now.
I have been waiting for a delivery since tuesday of my Rain sim card which I need to be using for work purposes. Courier keeps calling to postpone and now my package is back in the hub as per the status. My reference is : RAIN09-00001474 can urgent delivery be arranged please.
This is honestly pathetic. Worst consumer service ever. I have spent over R100 trying to get a simple number for KFC Kenilworth, still nothing. Your customer care has a nerve to tell me that's it's a technical error, how is this my problem. Is it not your job to fix your mess???? Get me a working number for Kenilworth and retrain your useless customer care staff!!!!
I am shocked at the level of professionalism this company has. Your accounts department doesn't respect clients, they all seen to have been trained to disrespect clients, listening s****s are non existent as you ask one question they answer you what they feel like. I call them, they tell you where to get off and drop the phone in your ear while you are still talking. This company should just close down as these people are inferior to everyone. I called countless times to find out an amount I owe Which they have handed me over for. Till today I still do not have that amount. I want to send the proof of payment and I am unable to as your staff is holding my information hostage. Please advise how this can be sorted out so I can rid myself of this useless, disrespectful company. Regards
