Just had the worst experience ever at the Lanseria Airport's Wimpy. We ordered drinks and then had to flag the waiter down 15 minutes later just to take our food order. Then the waiting began. I ordered a cappuccino with cream to enjoy with my food, but the cream was sour, so I decided to keep quiet and just mix it into the coffee. The food itself took almost AN HOUR to prepare (and for 3 breakfasts at a Wimpy that's UNACCEPTABLE). Our food was left on the counter for over 10 minutes that we could see it just standing there. Worst is that they were not even busy, maybe 6 or so tables. Then I returned my cappuccino when the food eventually came and asked for a new one, and I could loudly hear the waiter argue with the manager over it. They then waiter until I was nearly done eating my food before bringing me a new cappuccino. Really unacceptable. If you want to see a Wimpy that just WORKS, go to the one at Highveld in Centurion. No matter how busy they are, the service is friendly, fast and fresh! Send your people there to learn. In an airport where you pay a premium price for parking, the focus should be in service and efficiency, not having your customers sit and write bad hellopeter reviews before they even leave your shop, as that's what I am doing right now!!
STAY AWAY!!! Ordered a 1kva inverter from them, and they were very helpful until they got our money and then disappeared. they remove your comments from facebook, they don't respond to text messages or phone calls, and they have no physical address. Have reported them to Facebook (that's where they advertise), etc. STAY AWAY!!! Pity there isn't a minus 100star rating, as they deserve that....
My wife's arm went numb, hot flashes etc. Rushed her to unitas casualty where they wouldn't let her walk (thats fine), but she was potentually having a heart attack. I explained this to the porter and he still ended up taking close to 6 minutes to move her from the car to the entrance (a mere 21 meter away). In casualty they examined her and said she needs to go for MRI, so i can come back in 2 hours. Came back only to find that silayelo (the lady at thw dront desk) wouldn't let me see her, even though she was a mere 2 meters from me, behind the door. I could literally hear the doctor speak to her. I then asked one of the other attendees to see her, upon which sister silayelo (phonetically spelled) whispered to him to tell me no, then lauhed at the racisim she just committed. This other atrendee then gave me some useless **** regarding covid, all while my wife was 2 meters from me! This racist behaviour is unacceptable and i refuse to stay silent about it. This is utter bull****! When a white guy experiences racism nothing happens, but had I used the K-word, there would have been hell to pay. Makes me sick to my stomach to see such bad service and even racisim in a professional, private hospital, and even worse, for them to be doing it in our time of need.
For starters, you cannot call Digiserv, they have countless numbers on the internet, all out of service. Then you mail them about issues being experienced and ask for their assistance, and get ignored. Then the server you host at them comes under attack and you are forced to move to another hoster as a result. Again help is asked, but because you are now moving to another hoster you are completely ignored without as much as a "thank you, good bye" message. On previous occasions we have had emergencies happen where we required restarts, etc and all of this was actioned hours after requesting it, because you could only mail them and hope for the best. This was a terrible mistake. The worst thing is that the support given (when you get it) is actually quite good and the people dealing with the queries are very knowledgeable, but all of that means nothing if you cannot contact them in times of need. Lastly, the fact that you are ghosted when moving to another provider speak volumes of their integrity.
