5 Months of Stalling to Blame the Victim – Inconsistent ***** Rulings (Case 071725)
Standard Bank’s ***** Department is a disgrace. My mother, a former teacher and SME owner employing 20+ staff, has been de*****ed of over R96,000. The bank is now rejecting liability despite a fatal inconsistency: they admitted the security breach for a R31 transaction (Case 1501099661) but deny it for the R96,000 theft (Case 071725) that happened days later via the same vulnerability. The bank claims "no wrongdoing" , ignoring known SS7 flaws and API manipulation that allows OTP bypass. They offered a measly R6,113 as "goodwill"—a slap in the face to a woman whose business they have crippled. CEO Sim Tshabalala has ignored direct pleas for an executive review. We are now proceeding with an Ombudsman audit of this department and a class action lawsuit. Avoid this bank if you value your business's survival.

Home Connect No longer offers after hours tech support after 4pm
Home Connect used to offer after-hours technical Support Apparently it's an additional service with a fee attached. If you need wifi working and access to tech support after 4 pm and before 8 am, stay away from Home connect. Ticket Reference : #S251209042 This is my ticket number. The date and time is 9 dec 2025. Time is 8pm if my service is not returned by 9am tomorrow morning please note I will be canceling my serivce with Home Connect.

Biggest ****mers stay away they will take your moeny and refuse to refund it
They refuse to give me a refund for a flight that was cancelled by the airlines no email coomunications only calls and no updates or progress only excuses do not buy flights from them they will take your money and leave you high and dry without a solution to the refund they refuse to assist you with.
