Pathetic service after numerouse emails and whatsapp stating proof of payment and only recieving automated email stating a consultent will get back to me/call me i have hade no response from them to try and assit me so i can pay off my areas after numerous emails stating my situation and what i can afford
Worst ****ing service ever i made a purches for 6Gb +600 MB free +3.3Gb night data only to recieve 3.3Gb day data and 3.3Gb night data and ontop off that being charged extra R198 for no reason and no one at customer care wants to assist in resolving the issue
Im very upset with the matter of blue lable prepaid electricity i bought prepaid electricity online and five days later i still haven't received my prepaid token after phoning them
I'm very disgusted with MTN's poor service as I have bought a 1Gb of data on the mtn app payment was successful but no data I've logged a complaint with MTN's customer complaints as to where they told me the matter was escalated its been 2weeks still telling me the matter has been escalated and still the matter is not resolved
