My motor plan was expiring in April last year, I was not allowed to move out of my house as the country was in lockdown level 1 , I do not understand how was I supposed to renew my motor plan, now when asking about the renewal now I’m told it’s late , can someone explain to me where and how was I gonna renew it when I was not allowed to leave my house, can my motor plan be renewed please
I called a month ago requesting a quotation to extend my motor plan , till to date I’m still waiting for the email, will someone please assist me so that I can extend my motor plan. The service is truly poor
I called FNB business call center requesting them to link a beneficiary for me , it emerged that it’s a public beneficiary, I was kept holding for 1 hour 10 minutes for their call center agent to tell me she can’t assist, transfer me to the other incompetent one who made me hold for the other 40 minutes, the call center is full of unprofessional agents incompetent. I just was to swap banks , FNB client services sucks . I requested to speak to the supervisor only to be told they are working remotely . I want you to listen to the calls you will agree with me that your stuff is incompetent
I bought a bmw i8 year ago , I don’t normally drive it because I have other cars, shocking enough I realized the hoot for the car was not working, I took it to Bmw sandton they kept the car for almost 3 weeks while waiting for the parts, they brought my car back I did not drive it I parked the car and went to USA, on my arrival I realized the car couldn’t not start I phoned bmw assist who told me the battery was faulty, after my car was towed to bmw sandton we received a call that the terminals were damaged apparently because the rat ate the certain terminals , I don’t stay in a place with rats thus truly an insult, I need an explanation were did they keep my car the time they were waiting for the part , secondly they told me the motor plan does not cover that , now I’m expected to pay 9000 rands in which I don’t know for what, this is day light robbery , they must take full responsibility of what happened to my car the time they were waiting for the parts and stop shifting the blame. I was told the manager said he does want to entertain me, truly is this the way of handling clients, can someone explain to me what happened to my terminals before I seek legal help
After being robbed my card , I ordered a replacement card , shocking enough I received a Gold debit card from platinum Cheque card, is that possible,can someone explain to me how did that happen. I have a business cheque account with FNB for almost 4 years, when was I downgraded to Gold . This shows the incompetence of the people working for FNB. Can this be resolved without me being inconvenienced please.
Can someone ask Samartha from fraud department to give me feedback about my case, it was assigned to her in November nothing has happened till to date . Please can she give me feedback as I have been trying to call her for the entire month without any luck
I called Fnb private client , shocking enough my call was answered by someone who claim to be a assistant team leader, Ayanda Dlamini,she therefore asked me questions which were truly uncalled for I patiently answered 3 but she continued asking me irritating questions, my argument is I had already verified myself why ask me 10 more questions finishing my airtime. I requested her to call her supervisor, surprisingly I was told there was no supervisors in the floor they were all gone home. Oops this bank is truly disappointed to say the least. I just want to move all my funds to a better bank that knows the meaning of client services . I was kept holding for almost half an hour, you could clearly see the lady told herself she was sorting me out. My question is if she knew the supervisors were all gone why keep me holding ?♀️Truly this is the worst service I have experienced since I started banking with this bank . Can you please book Ayanda for a client service course
Oops , I went to I store in eastgate mall to check what was wrong with my phone, I was truly shocked by the level of service I received, no one cares about customers , I just wanted them to check why my phone was not ringing when I make calls only rings when is on loud speaker, I got a shock of my life when I was told rudely that I can leave if i want but the process will take up to 7 days. My issue is why 7 days , can those people repairing our phones stay even 4 days without thier phones. Please can someone willing to assist me tell me what is the procedure
I can't believe that no one has bothered to call me from FNB fraud department, I reported my case last week till to date no feedback. Truly they fraud department is useless , no care about what the customer feels, I was told someone will contact me, nothing happened, do they perhaps have a manager whom I can speak to, I doubt if this bank value customers, I strongly feel it time for me to end my 12 year marriage with them .I guess I must try other banks. They don't practice what they preach , how do they clear 269 thousand in a personal account, Fica? They are the ones influencing these fraudsters to loot us . I need feedback as I'm losing patience.
