Tracker Mileading and Misrepresentation
I requested to cancel everything on my Tracker in May and received my cancellation letter. They still kept deducting money after that for several months. When I enquired about it because I explicitly asked them to cancel EVERYTHING. I was informed that was for Tracker Care Guard and they are a separate division. Although my debit order refence shows Tracker they are not Tracker- (misrepresentation and very misleading). I should have cancelled with them. They will not refund my money. Which bring the question: If I requested a cancellation for EVERYTHING and are no longer a client of Tracker, how can they still deduct money for a service I didn't use or received? So, if you take my money, you are Tracker but when I cancel and ask for a refund you are not part of Tracker. I'm feeling deceived. I was misled by a company that was supposed to give me peace of mind.

Unlawfully added to ITC
Unlawfully added to ITC and charged for 2 months for flat that wasn't even occupied by me. Trying to resolve the matter Gert and Jolene says they don't have to help me because it was their manager Heinrich who made the mistake and not them although it was in **** and Sue capacity. Now I have to struggle to clear my name. They can't even sent threw the necessary documents.

WORST SERVICE EVER
Logged my claim to repair TABLET 3 weeks ago and until today it haven't even been collected. First they capture the claim wrong. Not even the Manager Bothemelo can follow up and resolve the matter because she is never available even after making empty promises. After numerous attempts and dropped calls and even getting laughed at by Damian a consultant who thinks its funny to not help the client. WORSE SERVICE E V E R!!!!

BEWARE OF FORTEX SOLUTIONS
On 8 March I paid the Owner Danie Roets up-front for beams he had to order and install. Until today we haven't received any beams. We only got empty promises until he decided just to not answer our calls any more or refund our money. Danie Roets is extremely unprofessional. He took our money and even after numerous attempts to resolve the matter from our side he decided he just don't care and it is right to take other peoples money.
