On the 27th January I was transported from Newcastle to Pietermaritzburg. Authorization had to be approved by Discovery medical aid. I now get messages to settle outstanding account. Today the 27th of February I phoned ER 24 head office to inquire about account with a Lindiwe who was so rude and abrupt when I inquired about account. She slammed the phone on me. I did not authorize ER 24 to transport me to Pietermaritzburg.
I cancelled my month to month contract with rain at the end of March 2021. They still drew a full months subscription. Now I keep requesting a refund due to me , I'm promised to get a refund within 7 to 10 working days. This was the third request and the same old story that I will receive within 7 to 10 working days
I recently contacted hellopeter with a billing problem with Vodacom and requested Vodacom to cancel my contract. I was contacted by someone from Vodacom and was told if I want the contract cancelled I must pay R5692.50 for a premature cancellation. This contract is only 2 months old. The initial contract was with Mondo mobile . R149. For 10gb of data day and 10gb of data night. Vodacom Is billing me R162. I desperately need hellopeters help
I have taken a contract with mondo mobile for data.. The contract states R149. For 10 GB of data night and 10 GB of night data.. Data is vodacom. Vodacom is billing me R162 per month. I have queried this billing with vodacom and Mondo mobile with no joy. Since this is a breach of contract vodacom refuses to cancel this contract. How can you help me. Thank you
