Promt response the only thing not happy with is clear explanations on other things
I have an issue with my logging details since I have opened this account. I have send numerous emails to date no communication received Today the 16th May I called spoke to Phumzile who was not helpful irritated on the phone so early in the morning I told her my problem but didn't seem to care. Gave her two ticket numbers for calls logged by their systems but told me they were sent to the wrong department No one seems to know what they doing or fixing customers concerns. All they care about is payment 741032 this I got via email I sent to the support team on he 13th May 08h47 am To this day the issue is not fixed
I paid on the 4th March 2025 for ikeja wave to be installated as advertised that its available in and around Tembisa. The service wasnt that great took forever to get feedback Waa promised that on the 7th which was 11th installation will be done but to my suprise on that day i get a call to say there is a delay and i can expect a delivery next week Tuesday whicj i quired then a Manager by the name of Nepo Pholo promised that today the 14th it will be done I got a first thing in thw to confirm adrdress and availability and around 1600 after i did follow-up on nyside that they on the way. I was so happy and excited to see them here and busy only to be told thier signal pole is full no access on or offsite which i didnt understand because there is people using Ikeja wave in the next street Was told i would be refunded after 7 days. Why after i waited for so long and still the service is not available

False advertising of a competition on thier official page which I got a confirmation message that I won but then ****med R39 . The competition ran on thier official Facebook page South Africa
Good customer service received from Lifa Mathenjwa, he made sure my query is resolved promptly after a long chain emails with another consultant
