Atrocious service

There's nothing lower than 1star, what an atrocious service they offer. Travelled with them last week Tuesday and there was a 5 hour delay. Today on the 28/04/2023 same problem as last time. What happened to the premium service we used to have. I know profit is everything but atleast get people where they wanna go in time. I'll be arriving in JHB probably after 10 pm. Now I need to organise transport to get home . I know this will fall on deaf ears. Your service is equivalent to .....

Dissatisfied

I am really really not happy with what happened to me. Last month I attempted to get a phone which turned out to be unsuccessful. I received a call from Phonetradr to tell me this. I than stated I will not be continuing with the purchase. It seems that fell into deaf ears. This has lead to money being taken out of my account. Yet I had clearly stated that I no longer needed the phone .
