I would like to commend their call centre for the excellent service given to us with our bookings.
I had the worst service ever in a restaurant. The waitress took forever to attend to us. The cream on used in the hot chocolate was sour. I did eventually find the Manager and complained but all he did was apologies. I will not recommend this place to anyone.
I have a Cape Union Card from East Rand Mall. In January I over paid my account as I never get statements from RCS, who do their financing. I then got an SMS in February 2019 stating that I was in credit. In April I wanted to withdraw the amount that I had over paid by. I was shocked to find out that they had deducted money from the credit balance. After going in to Cape Union a few times and calling them and then RCS finally agreeing telephonically that I will be refunded the full amount of R536 on 17 May, I have not received anything. I would not recommend anyone to use their service.
